IDBI Bank Collect is an advanced "Collection and Recovery” monitoring tool. a) Easily assign tasks to on field Agents /in the Office team. b) Facility for Agents/officers to view the customer basic details, overdue details, previous interaction details, guarantor details. c) This app will help us in geo-tagging existing of customer’s places of visit. d) Real-time inputs, Agents /Field Officers can mark the interaction details with the customer in the application. e) One touch records (/Allocations/Visit/ Performance), the agent can click on the call button to directly call the account holder as a part of the retrieval process. f) 360 View of the Customer with entire details that helps know your customer better. g) For Online mode of payment, a link will be provided to the customer via SMS /Email. Customers can directly pay from that link with OTP triggering. Many more user friendly features that help keep track of the entire team & observe performances.
