Cancelled free trial immediately. Tried identifying a frog…asked a waiter and found out they were Bull Frogs. App said first a cow, then an owl, then day later trying a crow.

Every thing comes back frog

It’s ok but can only id the loudest sound. So if a frog is calling louder than the sound you want to id. It comes back frog

Can’t upload sound videos

I’m so frustrated with this app. It says there is a “free trial” but you can’t really do anything during the free trial to see if it’s worth it. I had a recorded video of a sound I heard in the woods and wanted to see what it was. It wouldn’t let me upload so I was like “well, I’ll just purchase a week to see if this app works and see if I can identify the sound.” So I paid. Then I try and upload video and it can’t find the video! Won’t let me upload it at all. You have to live record only apparently even though there is a spot that says “upload”. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Live recording is impossible when you are at a place that doesn’t have cell service and wifi is iffy (like in the mountains). App is not worth it and kinda expensive when you can’t do much.

I was curious what a sound was coming from some bushes so I hastily downloaded the app and ran it. The app told me that it was a duck. It was definitely NOT a duck. Later that day I tried it again on a sound that I presumed was a squirrel alarming. The app told me that it was a Great Horned Owl. Again, I am confident that it wasn’t a GHO.

At this point, I’m not confident that I will get an accurate identification.

I’m sorry that I bought it.

Couldn’t identify the sound and the options with “95%” confidence every time was way wrong.

No trial. Must pay to use the first time. Unacceptable.

Who wants to pay for an animal sound identifier without some indication of how good it is? Ridiculous. At least a three day trial. In any case, the AI identifiers are generally not so good. Having read some of the low star reviews, I think two stars was accurate.

Completely inaccurate

I tried it on two fairly easy sounds: a Robin chirping and some baby raccoons. It said the Robin was a chicken and the raccoons were barn owls. And it said 95%accuracy for each of those! What a joke. Don’t pay for this!!!!!!

Animal sound identifier

What a waste of money. I thought it would show which kind of animal or bird when in recording mode. How do I get a refund???

Scam

I downloaded this app to see what sound was playing in the yard and they said I have a three day free trial I subscribe for it. They immediately took $14.99 gave me a premium subscription. And the sound that they gave me was the wrong animal. It wasn’t even the right one. I want my refund.

Mixed and inaccurate results

There's animal that makes the same noise every night outside my house at the same time, I downloaded this app and excpected it to be accurate given that you have to pay. However, as it's ai, everytime I played the sound I got diffrent results. It first told me it was a crow, then I asked your ai feature if crows usually they make noise at night and it told me no. I then played the sound again, it told me it was an owl, then one more time it told me it was a cat. It was the same noise every time. Very disappointing, wouldn't download, not worth any money.

Use at your own risk!

Tried this app, even paid for the week subscription. I needed to know what kind of animal sound was coming from a hole in the wall in the garage. I couldn’t use the sound identifier without paying, so I paid for it. The first time it said it was a Finch. I knew that was wrong so I tried again, same live sound and it said it was a Raven. Again I thought that was wrong so I tried again and it said it could not identify the sound. Right away I went to try to get a refund but it said I couldn’t because the app payment was pending. I tried again and Apple gave me a prorated refund. Turns out the sound was baby raccoons. Do not recommend this app to help with trying to identify an animal sound.
