Deleted my Executive Meeting
My job is to take minutes at important meetings for a CEO of a large company. I used iDictate to help record my first meeting in case I missed anything. It recorded fine, but when I went back to listen to it everything deleted. I went to change the name and when I went back everything was GONE. I contacted customer support and they were no help since and I quote “that couldn’t be possible, that’s never happened before.” Well I was super super careful not to touch any delete button. I literally pressed SAVE and it deleted itself and I was left with nothing. I will never use this app again and will not recommend it.

Great service, accuracy and quality
I am very impressed with the speed, accuracy and quality of the finished documents. There are only a few changes I need to make, and I am happy to finish those myself as I will format the document tonight for submitting tomorrow. This has broken the back of the work I had to do and saved me hours of time since I tend to type with four fingers!
I have not used an online transcription service before but will certainly use you again, and recommend your company to colleagues.

I used Idictate for a number of projects and they are my "go to" dictating service. Easy to upload, accurate turn around time - options to rush the file. Amazing customer service when I needed some assistance. There's no need to shop for dictating services anywhere else.
