Every step of the process seems to be hit-and-miss. I’d been through the whole process twice, only for it to glitch and fail at the end. Absolute waste of time.

The process is broken
(1) Website doesn’t work (2) They force you to agree to take photos of your ID (I’ll report theft and get a new one) (3) They force you to create account that doesn’t work! (I cannot log in or change the password)

Rude and impatient
My Dad needs to use this service. He is over 90 and hard of hearing and his hands are unsteady. The agents refuse to talk slowly and simply hang up after a couple of minutes. Not just once, but three times. Have seen a lot of ID apps and this is the worst service by far.
Rude Agent, Unauthorized Camera Flip During Verification
Very disappointed. The agent spoke in a curt, dismissive tone—no courtesy or respect. But the worst part: during verification the agent had the ability to switch cameras on my phone and did it without asking, flipping from selfie to rear camera with zero warning or consent. That’s a total violation of my personal boundaries and basic privacy expectations.
This is not okay. Any camera action should happen only after clear, explicit opt-in from the user and be announced out loud. Train your staff and fix your scripts.
Bottom line: terrible experience, trust destroyed. I won’t use this service again and do not recommend it.

Only the last operator was helpful the other 2 German and English speaking were very unhelpful and just wanted to hang up .
Broken and Unusable
Shame on the moronic people behind this pathetic attempt at “authentication”- your disgraceful service doesn’t work, it’s an unending cycle of calls that are “broken up” (even when everything is fine on your end) or too slow (even when using a fibre optic internet service next to the router). Even when you do have the good luck to proceed past the needlessly long exposition each agent gives, they will not hesitate to cut you off the minute your connection falters for even a millisecond, as if everyone has 100% stable and constantly working internet at all times. SHAME ON YOU ALL!

I had to verify myself to sign a Docusign document. The experience was horrible. The agent was super rude! Like seriously, how do you let people talk to your customers like that?!
