Horrible app

Multiple glitches when using English translation. Input button is not visible unless font size is reduced, which is not intuitive and obstructs elderly from providing proof of life and receiving pensions. Is this intentional?

Terrible software

I don’t see how this app could get over 4 stars. After trying four times to verify my elderly mother’s identity for her pension, we gave up. All the app would say is that it had technical difficulties. There is no way an elderly person could possibly use this app. It’s a huge waste of time.

Worked flawlessly last year ….

The app worked flawlessly last year but NOT this year - it abended/crashed during photo taking of passport…. Could not finish using it and have revert to paper-method to get everything notarized and the snail mail to Germany

Absolutely terrible

Nirgendwo auf der Welt macht es eine Regierung so schwer etwas zu bestätigen order nachzuweisen. Die App ist sowas von behindert!

QR doesn’t work

App is not picking up the QR scan whatsoever. Makes you get stuck at that step and you can’t proceed.
