Not working
Scan not working. App uses different words for same things l guess. Cannot find “personal access ID “ in app. (Which is not 12digits but 8. Also not the “postal service pension number” or “postal service payroll number” on the letter. Use the exact same words pls! Also does not work on my older iphone without any mention. Even tho the app opens. The personal ID code “cannot be scanned as-the letter instructs. “ it worked last year tho. No communication, you only gat an email from “no reply @“. Unclear about the proceedings. Only another letter weeks later says “ not received” then you start with another transaction code but l used the one(email) from last one. No way to ask to “no reply” ? After years they should have learned how to communicate with each other and make the app intuitive. In both languages of course. To make it easy and convenient.

Response from developer
Hallo Ene961!
Horrible app
Multiple glitches when using English translation. Input button is not visible unless font size is reduced, which is not intuitive and obstructs elderly from providing proof of life and receiving pensions. Is this intentional?
Terrible software
I don’t see how this app could get over 4 stars. After trying four times to verify my elderly mother’s identity for her pension, we gave up. All the app would say is that it had technical difficulties. There is no way an elderly person could possibly use this app. It’s a huge waste of time.
Worked flawlessly last year ….
The app worked flawlessly last year but NOT this year - it abended/crashed during photo taking of passport…. Could not finish using it and have revert to paper-method to get everything notarized and the snail mail to Germany
Absolutely terrible
QR doesn’t work
App is not picking up the QR scan whatsoever. Makes you get stuck at that step and you can’t proceed.
Kamera-Ansteuerung fuer iPad fehlerhaft
I pad 4. Generation, iPadOS 26.5.

Scanner
The app does not scan the QR code on my iphone11
Total unbrauchbar.
Horrible app
App makes you wait then drops you. Figure out how to this better !!!
The connection constantly drops
I’m on a strong WiFi or 5G with good reception and today the connection during the video chat keeps dropping constantly. I keep trying it again and again without success. It’s super frustrating. Please fix your connection issues.
Unbrauchbar
Funktioniert nicht, völlig unbrauchbare App
Buttons don’t work
At first I thought I had an issue with my touch screen, but nope, I can’t press anything on the app so I can’t verify myself at all. Extremely annoying. Well actually I can press some buttons like the help and settings button, but for all of the buttons I need to use to verify my identity, they do not work at all.
I have even tried restarting my phone. Nothing

I can’t open the camera,sob app 。
Every click is invalid; God, this developer is messing with us. But it works on earlier versions, prompting you to update to this garbage version.
The app does not work at all.
The app does not work at all. Once opened, it shows no response to any touch. I have reinstalled it and tried a different phone, but nothing changed.
Very rude
The rep I talked is very rude and he said I cannot understand him and hung up on twice while he spoke broken English himself.
Hopefully secure as not easy or convenient
Does not accept valid USA ID card - only passport
Acceptable ID not Accepted
Terrible app I tried 5 times for my mom and did everything I was told to do . Email kept saying ID not accepted. Worst app . One star is too generous. Waste of my time .
number not found
(I got many) 2024: l got a letter with an QR code. not working. RiesenscheiBe. I could not even go past that. iphone6. 2025: was ist die prozess nummer?? und transaction number? wieso hat alleseinen anderen Namen?? und dann: “requires ios16” alle Bemühungen umsonst. jeder erklärt es anders. nutzlose App. oder wie bekomme ich ein neues kostenloses iphone?
