Super!

Excellent implementation

I’m using Dosbox a lot for mostly nostalgic purposes. And was very surprised and excited to discover iDOS, never thought someone will get it running on iOS. I like the implementation, mounting directories from iCloud Drive is excellent feature, I usually mount a folder with my documents as drive E:. The video scaler, though, not perfect, works well, and it’s great that the 4:3 aspect ratio is supported. Wasn’t able to get an image of windows 95 running on it, but I blame the image, would have to bake my own. Highly recommended, and greatly appreciated. Thanks for the hard work of porting it to iOS

Floppy disk struggles

Unable to install certain games due to it having more than 1 floppy disk. After the first floppy disk is done being installed. there’s no way to unmount it and mount the next floppy disk. Please do an update to correct this. Just a unmount floppy disk button on the interface would solve this. Doesn’t have to be pretty. Otherwise this is an amazing emulator. And I want to give it a 5, but can’t because of this limitation.

Foxpro2.6

Fox pro is not runni in idos3

Win 3.11 direct touch

Direct touch doesn't work with win 3.11, otherwise awesome.

Is there a file called setup.exe

Setup.exe

Good!

It’s just works like DOS - which is a positive and a slight negative.

While DOS has some great games and functions, typing commands to launch is a pain on an iPad, especially without a keyboard. It would be great if we can create suspended states so we can jump straight back into a game without having to open the app, type the command and load a save. Or even to switch to a different game. Something similar to Delta game boy emulator.

Wish it ran dos 7.0

The app is great I installed doom and windows 3.1 to the “c drive” by extracting floppy’s but if it ran a higher dos version instead of 5 I could run windows 95

Can’t run Elder Scrolls Arena

I bought this to play the early Elder Scrolls games. Finally figured out how it all works to boot it up but the frame rate is near 0. Using a iPhone SE 3rd gen and it’s impossible to play it like this. Please help figure out why. Try running Arena in it yourself and see what happens and let us know something please.

Must use a computer.

The whole point of buying this was to download rom zips and open them on the app. At least make it possible to use without having to use a computer.

app does not work

nothing but error messages even after following youtube tutorial

花钱下载后面靠自己

要玩游戏或者安装win3.2全得靠自己天赋,还全程英文

Very laggy

The app is very laggy when using the keyboard.

Thanks providing this App!

Thanks providing this App! Appriciate your efforts!

Good, could easily be great.

The main things this app is missing are an easy way to generate virtual hard drive files to use with it, and a beige option for the keyboard/controller. It did successfully make Wolf3D playable on the iPad though which is all I really wanted and well worth the low price for no ads and software that works well.

Great emu.

Great emulator, every DOS game works without any problems, without any lag, even with music and sounds.

Most cantankerous rom emulator in existence

Watched dozens of YouTube tutorials on how to use emulator, keeps coming up with “illegal command” despite following instructions to a tee.

Other rom emulator developers made their app user friendly for the 21st century.

Good emulator in this new Apple era (accepting emulators on AppStore)

Good emulator with open iCloud folders to import everything that dos accepted on old days. Run even Windows 3.1 and maybe 95! Good to build retro environment from classics era

Increíble

Totalmente funcional. La mejor app de toda la Store. Una maravilla poder jugar a clásicos 😭😭😭
