About
IFC AI Data Compliance is a local-first review tool for EIR/DEIR requirement workbooks and supported IFC STEP models.
Import an EIR/DEIR .xlsx workbook, review the detected sheets and column roles, and commit a traceable requirement register with source provenance. Import an IFC STEP .ifc model, review controlled requirement-to-IFC mappings, and run deterministic assessment only for approved mappings.
Review exact requirement wording, workbook provenance, source cells, mapping status, IFC evidence, deterministic results and assessment limitations.
The app exports authoritative JSON, CSV, Markdown and PDF reports, plus reviewer ZIP packages containing a manifest, byte counts, SHA-256 checksums and report files. Source workbooks and IFC models are not included in reviewer packages.
Optional Apple AI Reviewer text can be generated using on-device Apple Foundation Models where available. AI text is advisory, cannot alter deterministic evidence or compliance results, and must be explicitly approved before it is included in exports.
