IFC Quantity Takeoff helps construction, design and BIM teams review object counts and quantity data from IFC files. Import an IFC model and extract object counts, materials, areas, volumes, lengths, weights and QTO records. Review quantities by object, IFC class, type, material and storey, then export results to CSV, JSON or a summary report. No model files are uploaded. Quantity accuracy depends on the quality and structure of the IFC model. Reliable extraction requires rich IFC entity information, object types, material assignments, BaseQuantities and ElementQuantity data. IFC Quantity Takeoff supports early estimating, model QA and quantity review workflows, but it is not a replacement for professional QS or cost validation.
