I have been using this App, with the sensor I bought from Amazon.com, and it has already produced positive sleep and relaxation results in only two days. If you want to relax, improve your HRV, and sleep better, this is what you have been looking for. Buy the device, download this App, and use it 10-15 minutes a day. I highly recommend this system for dealing with stress, poor breathing, and sleep issues. No one is paying me or giving me free product to write this. I may buy a second one for backup.
