看思思醫師推薦才買，結果APP超爛，常常連線不上，或者記錄丟失，都改過多少版本了還這麼不穩！要不是想支持台廠，其實可以直奔三星..
APP真正爛，所以不可能有意願訂閱去了解其他資訊

連線失敗

更新過後App一打開就會顯示連線失敗，整個軟體都不能使用，再麻煩儘速修正～～

另外app更新完後戒指前一天的睡眠記錄都消失了😮‍💨
還有最近戒指都偵測不到跑步的時長，常常顯示無資料😭

Extra bonus for oximeter

Bought the app bundled oximeter for Covid-19 recommended by NY magazine. Although the meter+app bundle price is higher than typical pulse oximeter, the sleep & hrv features in the app didn’t make me regret

Useful for Sleep apnea tracking

I found this app by recommendation in New York Magazine. I Originally only wanted to buy a oximeter for COVID-19, and surprised that app+oximeter could also test and monitor sleep apnea. Worthy!

Hello. When the user register and start use the iFORA O2 app first time, the app will show guidance how to pair and connect bluetooth and jump to bluetooth pairing page directly. We are not sure your meaning of no proper information. If you still have bluetooth problem, we are happy to help you resolve it. You could contact the service email in the app

Domain problem still active

Upon trying to set up account (required to use app) it says iCloud.com is not a valid domain. Disappointed. Otherwise looked like a good app.

Hi There were hundreds of users used icloud.com to register and use iFORA O2 app successfully in the past few months. We think there might be other issues when you typed register email. One of the common issue is user accidentally type "icloud.con" rather than "icloud.com". If you are still interested in iFORA O2 and having problems for registration, you could contact ifora_o2@foracare.com, we will be more than happy to help you resolve the issues.

Pricy but worthy

Oximeter and app bundle is pricy. App analysis report is professional and match with the result that I did at the clinic. I use report and sleep note to test and improve sleep apnea for my whole family. It is worth it.

Thank you for the feedback. FORA oximeter appearance looks like typical finger type oximeters; however, FORA oximeter+app solution does provide much powerful features compared with those meters. That’s why our product price is higher than typical meters. Our product is at similar price as the SpO2 solutions focusing on sleep analysis. FORA oximeter has FDA approval, but some of the similar products don’t. Besides, other than sleep analysis feature, our solution also support HRV and HRV biofeedback features, which are extra bonus compared with other sleep solutions. Some similar products with only HRV and HRV biofeedback features are not cheap. We have been doing our best to make our product worthy. Any comment and suggestion will be appreciated.
