So over this
Response from developer
Hi Randomgirl0810 , thanks so much for taking the time to share this — we’re really sorry for the frustrating experience you’ve had. We understand how annoying it is to keep signing in every time, especially with email, password, and a one-time code. To reduce the number of times you have to log in, we recommend making sure you’re using the latest version of the app and setting up biometrics (like Face ID or fingerprint) if your device supports it — this should help streamline the login process. Regarding your local store not appearing: if you are unable to select your local IGA on the IGA Shop Online website, it may mean that the store isn’t yet set up to accept orders online. If you’d like to be notified when your local IGA becomes available for delivery, you can register your interest here 👉 igashop.com.au/support We’re also sorry to hear about the scrolling glitches and being taken back to the top — that’s definitely not the experience we want for you. Your feedback is really valuable and will be shared with our team so we can investigate and improve the app experience. Thanks again for your patience while we continue to work on making the app better.

Hi Drewkl11, Thanks so much for letting us know — we understand how frustrating this experience would have been. We’re happy to share that we’ve released an update to resolve this issue. Please make sure you’re on the latest version of the app, and everything should now be working as expected. Thanks again for your patience and for helping us improve the app.
Didn’t have my store

Hello, The IGA shop online program is an opt-in program for our independent retailers; the owners of each store decide which programs to opt into and use. Could you please contact us at support@igashop.com.au and let us know which local store you shop at? We can then inform your local store that there is interest from one of their shoppers in shopping online. Alternatively, you could speak with your local store's manager or owner. Thank you IGA Shop mobile app team
Confusing and half-baked
It’s also very odd to see this app live in conjunction with the old (red icon) IGA Australia app, which *does* serve the purpose of viewing the catalogue for my local store, but without any of the filtering or searching abilities.
This app I’m reviewing is a decent app hamstrung by poor store selection.
Unimpressed
