Unable to log in using credentials
I downloaded this app thinking it might be easier to use but found it incredibly disappointing using my current login credentials that do in fact work on the regular website.
iGive not this user friendly - abandoning
doesn't work for me. i see my name when i go through the igive page.i'm logged in. but
purchases don't show up for me. Tried this a second time this week. A couple months ago same thing happened. a few days after i inquired. was told to come back in after 7 days. no more time for this tun around.

Getting frequent authentic errors
Not an impressive interface and login error for unknown reasons.

This app is confusing. I can’t tell if my purchase actually gave my charity a donation.
Not sure about this app
I made a purchase and accumulated a donation for my local animal rescue. The app claims I made no donations as to date.
Don’t even bother ,
Did everything typed in non profit , no earnings came up , tried 3 more times no earnings ,, wasted my time , it’s a scam

I find the setup on this app not to be very user friendly. Confusing to a new user especially in setting up charity of choice.
No stores
I’m not saying this isn’t a good app but we have none of these stores close by. Doesn’t work for people in the sticks. Too bad it’s a great idea.
