Horrible apps
I booked my rides and it’s never show up on the schedule. Fix the problem I can’t see my rides if I schedule them on the following days. How I can tell if my ride was booked or what time it’s comes when I cannot see the ride status.

Do not waste your money or time.
Horrible customer service. The driver’s are rude. They drive drunk, I’ve had multiple drivers falling asleep while driving. I’ve even had video evidence sent to the company and the drivers are still driving. The car’s are filthy, the drivers talk on the phone the entire ride, it’s just completely unprofessional.

Can't even get account created successfully and no help via phone.
I really want to use this app, but can't even get an account created. As part of the process, it wants to text me a verification code. This is pretty normal when creating accounts, but I never got the code. I tried again a day later and still no code. Eventually, it told me that I had made too many attempts and I needed to call in. I did that and for some reason, was transferred to the Driver Services line, which was as confusing to them as it was me. I called back and this time was transferred to the Dispatch team ... same result as before. On the third call, I was advised to send an email to customer Care, a week later and still no response from them. This is extremely disappointing and admittedly, my experience thus far coupled with the overwhelmingly negative reviews on here have me wondering if this is really worth doing.

Left a disabled woman stranded downtown at midnight
Booked, charged credit card, and got a confirmation number. Only to be canceled on an hour before pick up. They did this TWICE. shameful to leave a disabled woman stranded downtown at midnight. Use Uber.
MIGHT WORK IF YOU SCHEDULE A RIDE IN ADVANCE
Might work better if you schedule your ride in advance, but I wouldn’t know. Waited an hour and they still couldn’t locate a driver with all the different cab services they’re supposedly sourcing from. It’s probably better to just call a taxi service directly and work with them.

Worked well
We usually take Lyft but the price at 8am on a Monday to MSP was very high. $20 more than a cab. Car and van is the same price so I got the roomier option. This is the 1st time I’ve booked with iHail. (Transportation +)
I live in the West Metro and the van arrived 20 mins before the scheduled time. Driver was courteous and helped with bags. There’s no option to tip on the app so we just gave cash.
Note: this is a small company (compared to Lyft and Uber) so their app is simple. No tracking feature but that’s ok.
I’ll book with them again when we get back from our trip

absolutely do not get
this app is so horrible i couldn’t get an account created and after i did it said the login details were wrong, i then ordered a round trip on there website and it took and extra 10 minutes for it to show up, and it never even showed up in the way back, i waited outside for 40 minutes before calling a lyft, overall bad app would not recommend using the website either, if you have it, delete it or don’t use it.

Horrible to use
This app is awful. Especially if you are trying to prebook a taxi for a location that is different to where you are standing with your device.
Accessibility of application
I have used this app only two times. I’m a blind individual and this does not work well at all for the excessive accessibility features that Apple products have.
Horrible customer service
After confirming my booking in the app AND over the phone with customer service, my driver never arrived. I called customer service 4 - 5 times over 52 minutes, and each time they said my driver would arrive “soon,” but they would never tell me how long I was going to have to wait. Finally, after waiting 52 minutes, they said it would be another “15 to 20 minutes” until the driver would arrive. It’s unbelievable that they think making someone wait for nearly an hour and a half is OK for a simple taxi ride from a major metropolitan airport. After cancelling the “reservation,” I took a regular taxi — immediately available, for barely a few dollars more than the T-Plus reservation (seriously: $3 more for a great ride from a real taxi company). Save yourself the hassle and skip this app and transportation service. They’ll leave you hanging.

No-Show
Used the app several days in advance, received confirmation… but no taxi ever showed up. Thankfully, our neighbor was home and wasn’t busy; otherwise, we would’ve missed our flight.
I won’t make the mistake of using this app again.
