Mostly a scam
I’ve spent thousands of euros on iHerb and to this day I wouldn’t really be able to pinpoint more than 1 or 2 supplements that actually impacted my life in any meaningful ways. This site for the most part takes advantage of a lack of regulation and the fact that most people are quite susceptible to the placebo effect. Just looking at the raving reviews for homeopathic medicine should give you a warning—it is well known that all they’re taking in is just a bit of sugar diluted in water, and yet thousands of reviews claiming it did wonders.
