New to iHerb
I am new to iHerb after buying from Vitacost for many years. The iHerb app is a little different than what I am used to with the Vitacost app, but I am getting used to it.

Bad experience
Never received the package and I tried to contact them several times. It’s really hard to solve any issues with customer service. After 2 weeks, I decided to open a dispute directly with my bank and was the only way I can get a refund. IHerb deactivated my account for that reason .

Worst experience
I’m done with iHerb. This is the second time I’ve placed an order, received emails confirming both the order and my subscription, and then had the order canceled without any notification whatsoever. I didn’t find out until 2–3 days after the expected delivery date, when I contacted them myself.
I take supplements daily and have ordered from supplement companies for years, and this has easily been my worst experience. Twice is enough. I’ll be going back to Swanson or Vitacost.
