Scale and App Bug on default for inches and pounds
I am enjoying this scale and app, but there seems to be a bug that needs to be fixed.
The app continues to change my default settings back to centimeters/kilograms, even after
I manually change them to inches/pounds. I have to correct the settings repeatedly, and this also causes my BMI to show an incorrect and very high measurement.
Please help confirm when this bug has been fixed so the app will correctly retain my inches/pounds settings. Thank you!

Pain in the crack
I have to set the units to lbs/inches every time I open the app. The close button for the ad when I open it is so high up where the phone time is so it’s a mini game to close it. Numbers are all over the place and it doesn’t update the chart even though I see it on the first page with all the numbers. Gonna sell it and get a Hume pod

Can’t confirm password
I’ve been trying to make an account for a couple hours now. But once I get to the “create password” part, it doesn’t have a button to press to confirm the password. so I end up just looking at my screen like a dummy.

It is supposed to be a free app but you can’t use it unless you sign up for a subscription.
Terrible app
The app is horrendous, the app auto converts back to Kg instead of Lbs every time it’s used. They are just trying to cash in with a sub par product.

Recently in the APP, my family and I can’t track our weight because It display a FIT + Program That force you to get the Free Trial and don’t let us take our weight. We don’t want the free trial. But that Fit + Program block and unable us to use the Home Fitness program. PLEASE, take off!!
Unreliable
The app continues to kick me out. This last time it won’t recognize my email address. I cannot find any support contact information via phone, email or other wise to help me get this resolved. Because it doesn’t recognize my email, I cannot reset password.

The scale doesn’t work the weight doesn’t change with app I delete app then reinstall the app then Bluetooth wouldn’t connect to the scale. So just delete app

I guess you get what you pay for. I bought this because I need the measurements, however the measurements are in KG. I am in the US and use LBS. To use this I need to convert my weights from kg to lbs or I could pay 30 dollars a year to unlock premium which then will allow the conversion. My challenge is I already paid for the scale, in the US, where every other scale weighs in pounds. I don’t need or want the food tracking and coaching. Guess this will be returned

Update: after reading reviews this is a common issue. It leads me to believe that to maintain the consumer’s preferred settings one must purchase the additional options. For this very reason, I will be returning it after 10 days. I thought there may have been a software issue.

Horrible meal tracking
This app is really not very user friendly. First of all the “encouraging” coach messaging is a little rude and presumptuous which as someone trying to gain weight I didn’t really appreciate it accusing me of “trying to save calories” because I had a cup of coffee in the morning. Also, when I tried to log my meals, the only way the app allowed me to do that is a photo and then a really bad AI decided what was in my photo (and it was WRONG) and then the chat told me there is absolutely no way to edit or remove things that get logged. So now my calories and macros are already inaccurate for the entire day because the app took 4 tries to enter my data correctly and I cannot remove the incorrect ones. The only good thing about this app is the ability to see the breakdown beyond just weight, although I will admit after my experience with app, I am definitely questioning the accuracy of that aspect as well. I cannot believe people pay for this. I will absolutely not. I don’t recommend. Use BetterMe or MyFitnessPal instead.

Was very excited about my purchase, but disappointed that once you add more than one person of the same sex the app confuses where to put the information and mixes them up and you cannot fix it but to delete profile and start over.
Intrusive app
I got this app as part of my purchase of their weighing scale. Unfortunately, it's very intrusive. Every time I turn on the app, I have to go through an ad for coaching and lifestyle to pay a subscription fee. Not only do I not want that, but they made it hard to get out of the ad and get right into the app, so I have to close the app and relaunch it to be able to bypass the ad.
Not only that, it's asking for more-than-it-needs access to the Apple Health Kit. Why on earth do you need access to my heart rate? I want an app or a system that connects to my weighing scale, collects the data for the weights, and integrates it with my Health Kit. Not something that tries to control my whole health. Please stop trying to be something you're not. And stop forcing it.
