This update fixes sign-in and account problems. - Fixes sign-in failing for some accounts, including accounts that could not sign in at all. - Requesting a new verification code now sends a code the app will accept. - Fixes account creation for email addresses containing a plus sign. - Email addresses that cannot receive mail are no longer accepted at sign-up, so verification codes reach you. - Fixes repeated Face ID prompts when returning to the app. - Fixes errors when adding a family member or viewing a profile with no weigh-ins yet.

WARNING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SND MONEY!

No help fixing issue. This is the absolutely worst and useless fitness app I have tried. Their biometric interface gives incorrect data and even no data. It’s a joke. Easier and more accurate scales and apps are much better. By the way/ there is not a free version that you can reliably use. They lock you out of free version and make it unable to be used unless you pay. In a week have had 20-30 emails that helped with nothing. It’s just AI which doesn’t correct anything. They keep sending emails claiming errors with interface are fixed but it isn’t and won’t be. Do not waste your money on this app! What a joke of a product.
