Broken
When prompted to enable location services the app freezes. Tried on multiple devices and it looks like the app is broken.
Buggy… or not user friendly
Once redirected to website login, is there any reason why user name defaults to first letter as capital and the password defaults to a low case? From user prospective, it would be good to stay consistent in both fields. I see this got fixed!!! Now both defaults to capital, and are inconsistent wit IHSS EVV that defaults both to a low case.
Once logged in web part, and using the Timesheet arrow in the upper left corner , the app logs you out. Should it be re-named to LOGOUT? Or ask if I would like to log out at least?

It’s frustrating
Why do they want providers to use this app? Or have a new clock in policy when the system not working.
The clock in and out not even working!!! This is so unprepared. I give up clock in and try to clock out at my recipient location. I’m stress and frustrated of this issue.

As a provider
As a provider, this application is very very under developed vote for us, and for our recipients I don’t even want to mention our recipients, because all of them are disabled or old or have a medical condition which prevents them from being able to use this app. it’s already hard for us as a provider to use this app it has many bugs and issues

App doesn’t work
The app has not been working for a long time. I deleted the app and downloaded again to see if will work- DOES NOT WORK!!!
Constantly have to shut down my iPhone
Ever since I click on the Union tab there is no way to get back to the time sheets it opens to the Union page. I finally deleted it and will go back to accessing the timesheets on my laptop. At least there is no tab to get to the Union site on the webpage.

I tried to change my weekly hours from 67 I started to hit the 7 than it just goes back to the Home Screen

Seems to be just one big huge union commercial. With the upcoming changes on "clocking in and out" for timesheets, it looks like there's going to be a lot of unhappy UDW members trying to figure out how to submit timesheets. So far this app has been a total waste of time.

I have been trying to submit my timesheet it took 2 days then to get my timesheet approved my client couldn’t approve my time for 2 days. The sight was having problems which now caused my check to be delayed

Canny change clients max weekly hours when I click on it to enter new or correctly weekly hours as soon as a botton is pressed it goes dark and takes u out of app and to your phone screen
