It would be nice for my information to stay saved that way I didn’t have to fill out the same information over and over

I enjoy the easy flexibility to use the app anytime and also share reports of established prices for the months and past years comparisons.
Confusing
We moved and now I have 2 accounts attached to the same app. The first account I see is the old one and it’s confusing when I’m trying to pay the bill.

Error messages
This past month the app has been declining any payment card i try to add. Or error on the current card i have assigned. “Payment cannot be processed at this time”

Useless app
I still have to call to make payments! Agents tell me to pay a certain amount in our agreement and when I try to pay that In the app it doesn’t let me. App only gives two options, to pay FULL AMOUNT OR MINIMUM AMOUNT and nothing else. I wish it would let us pay what we can whenever we want. Especially if we have a payment agreement with IID! This app is useless because I still have to call IID TO MAKE MY PAYMENTS! And the call waits are 30-80minute wait and sometimes the calls get disconnected! If this app worked properly then IID would have less calls

App/Website Need More Data Options
This app and website are pretty bare bones these days in terms of energy management. There is not place to get up to,the minute consumption and generation data. This makes it difficult to understand when to use certain alliances and charge EV’s. I would be more than happy to develop my own solar monitoring station if IID could assist with some basic information that would allow me access to MY DATA.

Nice website
The only improvement would be to have available a 24 or 36 month history of charges and usages. As when you install new equipment, I like to see improvements over time.

Payment
While I enjoy the website, it would be way more convenient if I could just have an automatic payment deducted from my checking account instead of having to go on the website and pay it myself.

App is glitchy
This app doesn’t save your work or allow entry of decimal points when using the iPhone to fill out rebate forms.

Inconvenient
This app had some sort of update? As my payment information usually is saved, however the last two times I paid my bill I’ve had to enter my routing and banking information like a new account each time. It’s annoying and inconvenient to not have it save my bank information for quick payment options. What’s the point of having a nickname for your payment if it isn’t saving the account information.
Please fix this issue. It wasn’t like this before. I’ve had service for a year now and it just started not saving my stuff.

Web Site Problems
Your web site does not allow me to put my bank info in. I have to call your office to make payments.
Just Terrible
Ok the app is ok, not great but ok. But IID has turned into sce. Ripping people off every chance they get.
Current usage
The monthly usage graph is no longer current. It only shows up to 3 months ago.
