Unable to open documents
I echo what others have said that it is very frustrating having to log into the app every time that I want to use it.
Second, no documents fully open. You can see the cover page but can’t actually read the PDF.

Having to log into the app every single time is sooooo inconvenient. I love the idea of having the app but it’s to be convenient and to be able to listen to my lectures on the go. When I’m going, and have to stop to type in my email and password every. Single. Time. I open the app, it is so annoying and feels like a huge oversight on the developers part. Please fix this!!!

The programs are great, app needs a lot of work
Everything I’ve learned so far and the content itself is worth it by far which is why I’m giving three stars- but the app crashes literally every single module and I have to close it, open it, and log in again almost every lecture. Currently it won’t let me access anything in the app and just has a pop up saying to update the app even though it is current and up to date. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading it and also using it on my iPad but the easiest thing is to do anything besides watch downloaded videos on a laptop. I hope ya’ll improve the app because it hurts the credibility of an incredible and worthy program! Thanks for all you’re doing!

Barely functioning, extremely slow. Lazy port of the website with little to no optimisation. The only thing it’s got going for it is that it’s better than nothing
Clumsy and very slow
Such annoying app. It supposed to help students of IIN to make learning easier. Far from. Kicks you out all the time. Every time one needs to enter email and password again (why can it not stay open after signing up and remembering me like most Apps do??). Only the first page of the PowerPoints are visible. All in all App very slow to response and to load (I can assure I have very fast broadband). Very time consuming to navigate the App. 1 star

App is telling me to update?
Something is broken. The app is telling me to update and sending me to the App Store but the App Store just tells me to open the app which turns back into a cycle of clicking the same two buttons back-and-forth.
Need to do better
Im a mom of two and there’s no way I can keep a computer in front of me all the time so I try to use the app on my phone but it keeps saying that I need an update but I have deleted and downloaded the app checked the AppStore for the update and there’s nothing. So I can’t even use the app. Whoever is in charge of the UI for the app or coding needs to be talked to. Not even being able to access a PDF file and it logs you out every time you back out of it. It needs a lot of work to make it easier to use or to even use it at all. Love the program but without the app impossible to do if you’re a busy person and in the go unless you carry your laptop everywhere with you .

Keeps asking me to update
When I open the app it keeps asking me to update, when I go to App Store it just has open button. It goes into endless loop. You need to fire the app building agency

Stuck in the update loop
Tried everything but the app isn’t getting updated and neither is it letting me enter the app, please help.

i love my courses at INN, and the app is really beautiful, easy to use (for the most part), and i love having it at the snap of my fingertips.
however, i purchased an ipad for this program, come to find out that i can’t utilize the PDFs! there is no option to download and when you click on it, it only shows the first page. i feel like this should be an easy fix…so i don’t understand why there are multiple reviews on this app (from years ago) that are saying the same thing?

Enjoyed but no longer working
Previous update allowed for watching videos on the app, current update does not allow. This is becoming challenging for completing course work.
Crashes often
Thankful to have an app as an option for quick access to module content. Unfortunately there are quite a few technical glitches that haven’t improved over the last few months. The app crashes at least once every time I use it, and if I click on an assignment at the end of a module, it makes me exit out of the app completely if I want to go back to the module overview.
Yes PDFs aren’t accessible as everyone else said but course guides will post these to facebook each week so that’s not a huge issue.

App for Module Overview Only
The app is great for getting an overview if the course modules, and content, listening to lecture videos, etc. However, this app is not designed for the student to complete the course solely through the app. The PDFs can’t be accessed. I think the app is a super companion for the course and I enjoy having it at my fingertips for the reasons stated above. If you are taking this course, you need access to a laptop or desktop.

I dislike that in order to view the pdf o have to go to the desktop version, but other than that, I think the app is great. I’m able to view the content without any issue.

Now this app tells me there’s an updated version once DL and it is stuck there as well.

Stuck in the “update the app” loop
I’ve already updated the app and now it’s unusable as I’m stuck in the “please update the app” loop. The app spits out a pop up message “update the app” and takes me back to the AppStore over and over again. Please fix!
Glitches
Can’t get past first stage with the short YouTube video, won’t let me select that I’ve watched it
No access to full pdf files
It is nice to be able to use the videos; however, the pdf articles are no longer accessible (only first page appears with no option to download the remainder of the document), which renders the app not as helpful.
