Canceles with out notification
My order was canceled without prior notice. I only find out when I go to the collection warehouse and after 45 minutes of waiting they notify me that it was canceled. However, it says that it was picked up. They still don’t return the money.

Needs an Update ASAP
Sometimes the app doesn’t even open. Lately I’ve been trying to buy something and at the top it says it’s $324 and when I scroll down to pay it glitches and says I have 44 products instead of 7 and it wants to charge me like 1,000 dollars. It’s absurd, I even deleted the items and place them again in my cart or closed the app and re entered it but it keeps having the same glitch and adding unknown items and charging me an absurd amount.

The PR IKEA store needs to seen their entire customer department different platforms back to day one training. Starting from sales, delivery, installation and the worst of all Call Center. Absolutely, NO client service commitment. I will NEVER buy a thing from them!!!

Slow, slow slow!!
This app needs to be updated ASAP. Slow loading times, unresponsive, does not keep the user logged in, no support for current iOS version. Truly disappointing for a company with such big reputation.
Slow and not so easy to find items
Great alternative to buy without stepping the door. But it takes more than just a click to find items since the software is slow to download the results. Also the filters misses related search items.

Not as Seamless as Other Shopping Apps
This IKEA Puerto Rico app is not very user-friendly compared to other modern shopping apps. The search engine is limited and doesn’t recognize specific product names well and doesn’t offer broad or helpful suggestions based on your input. Instead, you’re mostly restricted to browsing through the PRODUCTS and ROOMS categories and their subcategories.
While you can eventually get a sense of how items are organized after some time navigating these sections, it takes too long to become familiar with the structure—making it difficult to quickly find what you’re looking for or make fast purchasing decisions. Another major drawback is the lack of order tracking or purchase history. Most shopping apps today offer these as basic features, so their absence here is disappointing.
Overall, the app would benefit from a more intuitive search function, smarter product suggestions, and essential account features like order history.
