Mi lugar de compras favorito
Me encanta IKEA de Santa Rosa Mall. Aquí encontré mi cama y mi matre, son lo mejor que he podido comprar. En adición es el lugar que me inspira a tener mi cuarto, cocina, sala y demás partes de mi casa bien hermosos y acogedores. En adición los empleados son súper serviciales y atentos. También conocen muy bien su trabajo. Gracias a nuestros hermanos suecos por pensar en Puerto Rico. Amé IKEA desde el primer día. A todos le hablo de mi tienda favorita.
Ah 😋y no puedo dejar sin mencionar los muslos de pollo tan deliciosos que me he comido 💪 junto al café negrito aguadito ☕️. El mantecado es el mejor y las albóndigas ni se diga. Nada en fin me encanta toooodo de IKEA. Necesito muuuucho $$$$ para seguir comprándome tooodo lo que quiero. 🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌🙌♥️

Canceles with out notification
My order was canceled without prior notice. I only find out when I go to the collection warehouse and after 45 minutes of waiting they notify me that it was canceled. However, it says that it was picked up. They still don’t return the money.

Needs an Update ASAP
Sometimes the app doesn’t even open. Lately I’ve been trying to buy something and at the top it says it’s $324 and when I scroll down to pay it glitches and says I have 44 products instead of 7 and it wants to charge me like 1,000 dollars. It’s absurd, I even deleted the items and place them again in my cart or closed the app and re entered it but it keeps having the same glitch and adding unknown items and charging me an absurd amount.

The PR IKEA store needs to seen their entire customer department different platforms back to day one training. Starting from sales, delivery, installation and the worst of all Call Center. Absolutely, NO client service commitment. I will NEVER buy a thing from them!!!

It used to be a decent app experience but it’s been trash the last few days… not a single product loads when you tap it

Slow, slow slow!!
This app needs to be updated ASAP. Slow loading times, unresponsive, does not keep the user logged in, no support for current iOS version. Truly disappointing for a company with such big reputation.
Slow and not so easy to find items
Great alternative to buy without stepping the door. But it takes more than just a click to find items since the software is slow to download the results. Also the filters misses related search items.
