App closes by itself all the time
Can’t go look in my wish list without the app closing , it’s super slow, bugs constantly. The app sucks lately I don’t know what kind of update was done last time but since then it just doesn’t work.

Wrong location
My App Store account has region as Canada and somehow I’m directed to login using an Australian account, I don’t have an Australian number to receive a code and thus I can’t use the Kreativ function since that needs a login.
Spent thousands, got nothing
They gave us c.£20-30 in vouchers after spending thousands on wardrobes but when it came down to it, they made it basically impossible to spend those ‘loyalty’ points.
I’ve politely written repeatedly to their customer care but they’ve ignored me.
I was never a fan of their bubbly wood furniture but their lack of care make me not want to spend a penny more with them.
I’ll write another review somewhere else if they still want to ignore me.

Freezes after 6-8 minutes
I like the app. It’s easy to use but it freezes up after 6-8 minutes of browsing every time I try it. It also lacks the information about items that I would want to know.

No Language Option within Region
There is no language option within regions, but regions drive availability and store locations. I can browse a region in my preferred language, but not for the region I am located.

App won’t open anymore
I’ve deleted and downloaded the app again a few times to my iPad. Used to work fine over a few years. Won’t open anymore.
Location linked to Language choice
it seems that when you initially set up the app it ask for language and then assumes that this is also location but you might pick english but live in germany. I pick australian english and the app assumes that my phone contact begins with +61 but i’m actually in greece and it can’t see a way to change this
