You don’t NEED my phone number and full street address to join IKEA Family, you’re just greedy. (Don’t call me, ever. Definitely don’t send me insecure SMS messages.)
You need to fix your app so it actually respects the iOS accessibility settings to not autoplay video and to reduce motion.
You need to increase the length of your feedback field so I can tell you all this privately in-app without having to resort to a public review.

Whoever designed this app needs fired ASAP..
You are forced to browse based on what room you’re looking at furnishing instead of just giving you a list of product types to browse through.
I want to find a lamp, instead of just looking at the lighting section I need to figure out if they consider the lamp I’m looking for to be a bedroom lamp, a kitchen lamp or a living room lamp!!
Even the search function is stupid, if you type in the exact name of the thing you’re looking for you’ll probably find it but if not you’re screwed

My first apartment after my divorce contained mainly IKEA products. Now that I’m in my first home, I’m still using those same exact products but I’m able to change out the doors, make one cabinet into a 2 drawer etc… IKEA furniture is so versatile. Their prices are going up so get your goods while you still can. Their phone customer service is top notch. Someone is ALWAYS ready to help. I stand by IKEA. BTW… I was able to build 2 four drawers and 2 three drawer cabinets by myself 2 months post right thumb surgery and yes, I’m right handed. All I can say is their directions are clear and putting the furniture together is super easy. I’m so grateful to IKEA.

Can’t go look in my wish list without the app closing , it’s super slow, bugs constantly. The app sucks lately I don’t know what kind of update was done last time but since then it just doesn’t work. Paiement unavailable since yesterday!

Unable to login
I’m unable to log in to the app. When I try to sign in, the app redirects me to the website. After I successfully enter my email address and one-time password, it asks me to create an IKEA Family account, even though I already have one.
If I try to create an IKEA Family account, I get an error saying that an account already exists. However, I’m never logged into the app, and the website doesn’t redirect me back to the app after signing in.
I’m stuck in a loop where the app keeps redirecting me to the website, and even though I’m successfully logged in on the website, the app never recognizes the login. This is extremely frustrating. I deleted the app and installed the latest version. Nothing seems working.
