The app has an annoying bug
When I click the "rewards" button on the app, it says the content cannot be loaded. This has been happening for the past week, so I am unable to see my points or use any vouchers. Please fix this.
App can be used in Spain

Superb
Very convenient to favourite items, find its location and fast-track in store checkout! The app is slick and has cool features like pronouncing names of items! It has also discounts and stores your IKEA card which is easily available above the fast-track checkout bar-code for you to scan it
Bring the Udden back
It’s not a review , it’s a complaint : bring back the UDDEN kitchen. Nothing like it in the actual market , trying to get your hands on a second one is a nightmare, rarely available or in a whole different country . That’s one modular kitchen that should remain with your standard collection, doesn’t go out of fashion, I can move out and take it along to my new place . IKEA do us renters with small kitchens a favour and bring back the UDDEN !

Why is search so bad?
Okay, type in business chair. What do you get? ~35% chairs interwoven with desks, I saw a lamp, sets of drawers, and tables.
IKEA seems to follow Amazon in that it presents a pile of listings where only a fraction are relevant to your search. It makes shopping so painful I don’t bother.
Can you imagine going into a brick and mortar store and asking for salt and pepper shakers and you get someone coming out with a blender, dishes, cutlery, wash cloths, stylized wood cut out to SALT and another one PEPPER, and even a milk container? You would think that sales person was balmy. Yet that’s what we see in most search engines. I think the IKEA is mostly a waste of my time … except if you know the Swedish name for a product line (mostly).

IKEA is Grrrreat!!!
We love shopping at IKEA globally. It’s our go-to-place to shop, have lunch/brunch, or a light dinner. We love browsing and getting ideas from the showroom displays. Everything is seamlessly organized, purposeful, and affordable which makes shopping a special treat!

Amazing App!
Honestly, I think IKEA has one of the best shopping apps out there. I really love how convenient and responsive the app is, especially when I’m using it while shopping in my local IKEA. I love that I can instantaneously scan to look up items, for more information about them, and add them to my digital shopping cart, then all I have to do is scan a barcode containing all those items and pay, without having to lift heavier items on the self-checkout scanner. Additionally, the return process is an added bonus. When there’s items that I feel doesn’t fit my current aesthetics, or I changed my mind about certain IKEA products, returns via the IKEA app is such a breeze. I’ve been using this app for almost 5 years and it’s established itself as my shopping assistant.

There is missing information such as a delivery delay information and refund information. I didn’t know delivery delay details until I checked the browser page. I couldn’t get a delivery on time. So annoying.
