It’s absolutely TERRIBLE. I bought a bed with drawers for storage underneath the mattress—and it doesn’t work at ALL. the wheels on the drawer do not fit—not even close. the drawers do not work at all, and i’m not sure what to do about it. the instructions are awful too. just sloppy pictures—no words. it’s awful. do better.

Great company and superb app. Ever since IKEA stopped doing physical catalogue this become very fast, efficient and sustainable way to check out new products and inventory. Thanks to the developers for making this possible.

I have been a fan of IKEA for decades, never have any issues and somehow the app and in store experience keeps getting better every single time I go!
Maybe good for shopping but design area is unusable
IKEA used to have a good online design helper but this new system is absolute garbage. Nothing in app that can’t been found online. The Kreativ feature is a waste of time.

Huge queues so download the app, scan the items, some say add to basket, some collect just to add that little bit of stress. Then they close it so off to the huge queue. Hate IKEA with a passion

Product came with scuffs, horrible instructions (btw), missing parts pieces.

In store scanning is great till you go to check out. 2 completely different times it says there is one more item missing. Yet you can’t click the message to het more info. Or bypass.
Do not even get me started on deliveries. Never click the reschedule link and think that you will get a calendar. To reschedule to a date that works for you. Instead the push you out a random day in a week or more. They were about a month late!
I ended up canceling my orders and going to the store which is a complete day with travel time back-and-forth and running all over the store locating all the big and little items. Big are easy!

The app has an annoying bug
When I click the "rewards" button on the app, it says the content cannot be loaded. This has been happening for the past week, so I am unable to see my points or use any vouchers. Please fix this.

Superb
Very convenient to favourite items, find its location and fast-track in store checkout! The app is slick and has cool features like pronouncing names of items! It has also discounts and stores your IKEA card which is easily available above the fast-track checkout bar-code for you to scan it
Bring the Udden back
It’s not a review , it’s a complaint : bring back the UDDEN kitchen. Nothing like it in the actual market , trying to get your hands on a second one is a nightmare, rarely available or in a whole different country . That’s one modular kitchen that should remain with your standard collection, doesn’t go out of fashion, I can move out and take it along to my new place . IKEA do us renters with small kitchens a favour and bring back the UDDEN !
