It takes a long time for the location to update and it’s not always accurate. Please fix this!

This app is horrible. When I try to log in, it fails every single time. Unless I do a complete reboot of my phone.
If you do not reboot your phone, it will take up to minute to log in, and tell you that there is no vehicle connected to this account.
I recently updated the app, hoping that it would correct the issue. Instead, it removed the ability to lock the geo location of my vehicle. This feature just disappeared.

Stay Away
I have had issues with this app for so long and I’m just now figuring out this app will only work for me when I am on Wi-Fi. This has nothing to do on my end, new phone, updated software, updated app, this is completely on the makers of this app. My car was stolen and when I was at home, I could tell where it was, but when they are door dashing and changing locations every five minutes, all I could do is stop at random restaurants that I knew had Wi-Fi get on the app, open and close it till it decided to work and then see they were already gone. This was an add on at the dealership which has already been paid for and still thinking of moving over to a paid subscription and throwing this one away.

FOUND THE CAR
This app is amazing! My car was stolen and I was in a panic but my Finance guy reminded me about this! I was able to activate stolen mode and my vehicle was recovered in 20 mins!

Absolute trash. First of all this app it’s so unreliable. Sometimes the app loads sometimes it doesn’t. The lock feature doesn’t work. I lock it and it’s supposed to send me a notification when the vehicle moves but see that’s the problem, it doesn’t….and whenever I do move and go somewhere else it takes hours for the location to update. If someone steals my truck I’m basically screwed because I won’t know its location for a few hours. I hate this app and tracker. Only reason I have it it’s because the dealership would not take it off.

Required by Dealer, Unless 3 Years Later
This tracking device/app was essentially forced on us as part of the vehicle purchase at the dealership. Fast forward three years and it no longer works at all. The app is unreliable, provides inaccurate or missing data, and offers no meaningful support or resolution.

Unacceptable Performance
Considering that everybody using this got scammed into paying for a GPS tracker at a dealership, the least they could do is make an app that works. When you open the app, half the time it gets stuck in an endless loop of “checking for updates”, and when it does get to the login screen, it either gives you an error message or tells you there are no cars assigned to your account way too often.

Severely delayed and not accurate
I’ve had this app for almost 2 years, it was okay at first but now the updates and notifications are severely delayed and sometimes it doesn’t even report where your vehicle has been. Please fix this!
Garbage
Bought the tracker and like 45 months of service when I bought my vehicle. The app hardly ever works. Most of the time you start the app and it says checking for updates and just never goes further. Sometimes it will say signing in and never goes further. Every once in a blue moon it will actually work and it’s fairly nice then. If you want to actually track your vehicle get something else.

Not able to access the app. There is no option to register as a new user.
Waste of money
This is one of the worst vehicle location apps I have ever used. It never updates unless prompted too. It does not give correct information regarding trip’s taken. Don’t let your dealer rip you off about how good of a product it is because it isn’t worth a nickel. I get more information for free through my Ram app.

Don’t work as it should.
Half of the time can’t locate car and trip history don’t work. Car will leave a boundary then get a notification hour later. Don’t want your money.
Broken… Please Fix
App was working until recently. Thought it might be the latest iOS 18.4 update but the website login is not working either. The app has lost ALL my Alerts and Trip history. Won’t even save a new alert. PLEASE FIX.
Useless App
It seems to be stuck in an endless “updating” cycle. Deleting and reloading the app didn’t help, either. Get your act ikon. Ikon is no icon.

Whats the point?
Its inaccurate and has no features. I guess maybe its helpful if your car get stolen. I thought it would be useful for tracking business miles but there are no yearly reports or anything that is useful. Complete waste of money.
Lost connection
I can’t even get pass the login screen it would lost connection with the host. Would be nice if they could fix the issue so I can use the app
App needs work
Login works 50%. Can’t create a speed or boundary alert. Makes me question if the app will really work if my car is stolen.
Worthless App
Our car salesman basically forced us to purchase this expensive IKon package. The app is terrible. Life360 proves to be much more useful!
