Logs you out constantly
The app logs you out of your account multiple times a day, so you have to login again every time you have to check in for class. Super annoying

I attended class, but I did not sign in successfully. So ridiculous!!!
Also, I could not sign in on the online class that was changed from the offline one.
As a result, I attended all the classes, but I was considered absent sometimes.

Useful but bugged
It’s good to have lots of useful tools like the map and bus times etc but my photo never shows up, even when I log in, which means I can’t use the student ID

Keeps logging me out
Logs me out about 3 times a day and makes logging back in slow and painful, I constantly waste the first 10 minutes of my lecture just to log into this useless app to check in. It also constantly lags and most features rarely ever work

Hi, The service utilities AWS cognito with Lancaster university co-sign to add login and on-boarding. Amazon AWS is covered under the EU-US Privacy Shield framework allowing transfers of data between organisations in the EU and those in the US. I hope this helps. Many thanks, ITPI Team
Is more useful than the first version
This app allows me not to just see the timetable but as well book spaces in the library which is something that I really need and is way easier. Also the map has a great description of the places in the university.
