Cannot connect on wifi to A9 robots on iOS26
Can’t connect to my vacuum. Old app no longer supported. This app isn’t connecting on iOS26 for A9 robots even though I’m on the WiFi for the robot
Worsened over the years
I’ve bought these vacuums for years. I used to love them. They’ve gotten worse. They no longer offer good carpet options.

impossible to link to wifi
literally impossible to link this thing to the wifi…i connect to the vacuum wifi but the app doesn’t register that i’m connected.
Frustrating
About once a month it kicks me out of the app and I’m supposed to sign in again. When I go to sign in, it tells me my password or email address is not correct! It’s the same one I have been using!! So then I try to change the password and it asks me to get a code… BUT IT NEVER COMES!!!! This is so frustrating!!!!

Simple and effective
A simple app. The best part is being able to pause it and redirect it from my phone. My place has a couple areas where it gets stuck on raised wood across the floor so this is handy.
Save your money
Can’t connect with o 5 ghz internet. Vacuum constantly gets stuck or just turns off in the middle of no where and will beep until unstuck. Setting up will also annoy you

Please fix
The last update has made my vacuum worse. It just spins all over the place and doesn’t keep a pattern. I’ve cleaned it, re calibrated it, reset the map. Nothing is working. Can you PLEASE look at this and fix it? Thank you

I downloaded this app and tried to connect it to my wifi for the vacuum but it didn’t connect and now I can’t connect to my wifi anymore
Works for me
I have no complaints about how the app works. The only thing I had to add my vacuum in twice but other then that it works like it should. Although I do wish the vacuum would remember the layout or have an option to forgot and redo it
Awesome vacuum
I have been buying these vacuums for a few years now and each time they get so much better. I’m very happy with the current vacuum that I have. I’m even more happy with the service every time I call I actually get a real human being and not just somebody that speaking from a script but an actual person that talks to you normally Understand your issues and helps you resolve them quickly. These vacuums save me so much time and while no automated vacuum is perfect. I have to say that these vacuums. Are probably the best out there in my personal opinion.!
