LOCATION SETTINGS NEED TO BE FIXED
I’m clearly within the state of Illinois when I use this app. My app settings are set to Always share my settings. But during the last month I will get error messages that it would let me buy tickets falsely claiming I’m not in Illinois. Most of the time I’m sitting right in my own house! 😡. Not sure why this keeps happening every few months - but it’s really becoming a pain!

Card was to expire, can’t just update, gotta delete which kicks the auto reload off, when trying to reinstate auto reload, it just jumped to whatever numbers it wanted and zinged the card for twice the usual amount. Then all of a sudden the window pops up for adjusting all of it…. Needs work, I’m not a pro, but I did spend over 15 minutes trying to find the proper direction the first time. Cards should be update-able without delete.

It’s been a minute since I decided to buy a lottery ticket, but the reliable app I used to use has been replaced by one that only recognizes my password if I type it manually, not from my saved passwords, and won’t acknowledge that it has location permission. I deleted the app and redownloaded, as that often works, now it won’t show up on my list to give it location permission. And I tried emailing them only to be told they couldn’t help by email and I would need to call. More apt to buy a ticket in person than to call. Who has time to be on hold for an optional app?
