Account Registration Failures Across the Board
Disappointing app all around. The account registration process is broken. Password reset doesn’t work. Additionally you need yet another specialized account for the 2nd chance lottery game. I haven’t experienced such a colossal failure of an app in such a long time.
My advice to the developer… Turn on some metrics to tune the user experience. It doesn’t have to be this bad.

How about just reducing the amount of numbers to chose from. Less amount of games.?

I moved & new address is not accepted in app, so I can no longer use the app. Called and they said there’s nothing they can do.
They lie about the odds
I’ve spent thousands of dollars and the “stats” and chances listed on the games is an absolute lie. Don’t waste your money on this app, plus they send you fake notifications about “winners” that won jackpots. If you use this at all just buy your powerball tickets on here, only thing it’s good for

My dad was a winner years ago, and I’ve been winning, too! I win more online than with in-store purchases. Love the app! Saves me time and a trip to the local stores.

Cut out the breakeven prizes nobody wants to gamble their money just to win their money back one out of every 150 tickets. You actually make a profit.

Set up hard play easy
Getting CC to set up was a pain. Many of my cards were not accepted so I am fumbling in my wallet to find one that finally worked. Once I did finding game that I wanted was a breeze.

Need to make it easier to deposit winnings into bank or back on the card used to put money on the account. The government just wants you to keep gambling.
