Every other day you have to update the app. It’s always glitching…says there’s notifications, will look like there’s something unread or not seen on the app. Very annoyed

Why does it need full permission to photos to just save photos?
Why does this app need full permission to download and save photos? “Add photos only” should be sufficient. The developer needs to justify this change. It did not ask for such permission before but started happening today.

ACH needs work, no feedback option
My daycare recently switched to illumine, so I had to set up ACH payment in the app. I did not provide the leading zeros and so it did not go through. My bad, but the resolution was poor. They sent no alert indicating a problem with the bank set up. Other vendors use a technique of debiting a few cents to test out the set up, Illumine just continued to flail by sending me three additional invoices to the same bad #. When I attempted to fix the info there there’s no way to edit or view, and if you add a new one, it looks exactly the same as the old one and you can’t be 100% sure that you’re deleting the bad one. Kind of a nightmare, still not fully resolved. The daycare center was also unable to manually fix, on their end everything looked paid. My baseline for service is if I was at a cash register, I would get this resolved immediately and with little hassle. Last, the app has no feedback for the app itself, so I’m leaving feedback here.

The worst user experience for parents
This app requires a thousand clicks to take any action. And multiply that for each child you have. Notification preferences also don’t save. This has been the worst app I’ve ever had to use.
1-Click Scan QR, not 2!!!
Literally the most used thing in the app should be one click button from the main page not two. I don’t need the ID card so just make a second button for that if someone needs it that much. NEED A SINGLE BUTTON SCAN QR, it is used at least two times every day during pick up and drop off.

Will restrict your access to most parts of the app with a “permission denied” pop-up unless you enable notifications
Bug
The live streaming automatically stops after few seconds. Experiencing this for months.
Issue with live streaming on iphone15pro
I have been using your illumine app for parents given to me by childs daycare. It is running App version 363.
Issue that i am facing is that whenever i try to see live stream for my kid, i am unable to see. I can only see 3sec of clip. I am using an iphone 15pro & the reason given to me was that it is the iPhone compatiblity issue.
Request you to please look into this & resolve this if it is some major issue of your system.
