Worst app ever created
I am an app developer and I’ve seen some abysmal apps but I have never encountered an app as bad as this one. My entire house has been outfitted with garbage WAC lights and they are literally unusable because of the app. We can’t even turn them on. They change colors, flash, turn on and off randomly and no matter what you do in the app it always goes back to its broken state. This is borderline criminal. Avoid at all costs. How does this company even exist?

Total Dysfunction
I’ve purchased other WAC products and been very satisfied in the past. I spent thousands of dollars on the architectural color changing Tube lights to use with this app, and it’s completely dysfunctional. Not clear whether the issue is with the lights, the app or both . A 100% waste of money and one of the worst products I’ve ever purchased. It’s absolutely stunning that WAC would sell a usable product like this at any price. This experience certainly tarnishes my impression of the company and diminishes my interest in purchasing future WAC products since it seems, they’re not standing behind this debacle.

Horrible
Expensive lights. Like all users from 2 years ago commented, have to be next to the light to connect. For some reason can’t seem to be able to save my scanned light or group I created. Very non-intuitive app. I’m surprised app haven’t been updated for over 2 years. ZERO stars if possible
Locked out!
Set my lights orange for Halloween the first time so used them. Now app says the lights are locked and when I try to unlock them to change the color it says it cannot connect to the password file so I am stuck with orange lights! I can’t connect to the lights when I am inside my house beside the window they are just outside of, while staring right at them from 2 feet away. You have to be outside and right next to the lights. Very frustrated with non functional app and very short range needed to control a light. I guess I wouldn’t mind that so much if if I could actually control the lights, but I am stuck outside in February trying to get the app to work without success. Not recommended. There is no other way to control the color changing aspect of these lights.
