아이디 비밀번호가 계속 안맞다고 합니다

학교포털 로그인의 아이디 비밀번호와 똑같이 입력하면 된다고 매뉴얼에 나와있어서 했는데 계속 안맞다고 하면서 로그인이 안됩니다.
