This app doesn’t work anymore. It’s pointless.
Not a fan
A waste of money in my opinion. The food scanner wouldn’t work for me. When I tried to use the manual option to add in foods, I constantly got error messages that were indecipherable.
No one supports this app any more
I have had the app for years. Use then not use it. Was trying a year ago to use it but no restaurants show up any more. I have made 3 requests on how to fix or what to do and nothing. Also all reviews look to be very old. I enjoyed the app back when it worked. Would most likely pay to have it back.

Disappointed
To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement. I just wasted my money here. The app doesn’t work. I cannot log my food. It just freezes. I deleted it and downloaded it again but nothing changed. Waste of my money and time. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star.
Complicated
Can’t figure app out, simply how to add individual meals. I don’t get it!
Not a good app
I try and add food items it says it can’t I’ve had it a week or so and I wish I never paid for it. I’m going back to myfitness and will be requesting a refund.
Total waste with no support
I downloaded this app and can’t get Anything to work. Every item I attempt to scan says item not in database and I have tried dozens of different common items. Also, the search brings up nothing as well. Can’t find any info on how to correct this issue. I’d be better off with nothing at all!

I’ve had this app for a few years now and it no longer loads food when I try to search. It’s glitchy and takes forever.

I’ve had this app for over a year now. And as of the new year I want to get back to tracking my food intake. But the app won’t let me add/ or search foods.

App not allowing me to add food in. I can’t scan foods or search foods. This is very frustrating. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.
Do not download until updated
I have had this app for years. I am unsure of how long this current issue has been occurring because I never used the app consistently.
You are unable to search for any of the foods anymore. The app hasn’t been updated regularly. Customer support does not respond. For an app that was paid for, you’d think there would be more occurring to keep the app updated and functioning properly.

This app is not working I want my money back. I set her the most simple thing like a banana and it didn’t come up? Can someone process me a refund because this isn’t it.
Bugs
This app crashes a lot, when I’m trying to track my meals I can’t even search the options for my portions, let alone search the item in general. I can type what I’m trying to Search but nothing happens. Please fix this because it’s wasted money at the point.

This used to work great, but this year it stopped working altogether and doesn’t track any points. So disappointing. It’s useless now.

The catalog that they have is expensive for brands. But it stopped working, and I couldn’t scan or search. I reported it, but it wasn't fixed. Very disappointing.
