The only good thing about the app is the 20% off. Cannot seem to use rewards on the app either. Once the discount is taken away, I will not use it anymore. Lots of issues with the store, product availability and shipping concerns too, but lower prices make me put up with a lot.

Rewards don’t work on app
Lots of issues with the store actually but won’t post them here. The app is just ok, needs a lot of help. Rewards page doesn’t work and just keeps spinning so I guess we can’t redeem rewards through the app! The apps issues are Indicative of issues with the store. Also, products are constantly out of stock and you won’t know until you send a message inquiring where your package is! Why have an app if it’s always out of date?

I have utilized this store for 10 years. I live in California and find that there’s a huge difference in price.
The problem now is the products I rely upon are NEVER in stock!
I use Pravana Vivid hair color and only certain products work to keep my skin from turning into a Smurf and having the color bleed into bedding. Then comes the shampoo and conditioner which locks in the color. EVERY PRODUCT HAS BEEN OUT F STOCK FOR OVER 6 MONTHS!
I’m trying the new Pravana shampoo and assorted items from Image. I was able to purchase the new permanent Pravana Vivid hair dye in blue and purple via a Walmart distributor of all places. I wish it all came from the site I trust. My out of stock Matrix shampoo makes me worry about the outcome of this color. Time will tell!
