Unable to register
When first trying to register the app keeps failing to send code to my email. I have check and made sure all spelling is correct
NO STARS Cannot even log in after sign up
Ridiculously frustrating! I signed up and immediately tried logging in: ERROR. So, I tried closing and restarting app….ERROR. So I tried forgot password: password change “successful”- then immediately went to log in: ERROR. So then I tried resend verification code multiple times by even reinstalling app: UNABLE TO SEND/EMAIL ALREADY SENT…….Disappointment does not even begin to describe this! I have pictures of all failed attempts, wish I could post them all!

Not able to register. Email fails every time. Big issue and disappointing results. Zero customer service.

Won’t even register a new user account because sending email code fails.

Can’t register with email after doing everything suggested. Generates endless error “can’t send verification code” for days.

App does not allow you to create login. Just keeps saying that the code can’t be sent

This app operates my massage chair better than the Tablet. It also can save customized massage settings. In fact, this app actually saved me from hating my massage chair.
Imaging paying for a tablet and expensive 4D chair and not being able to adjust how hard the rollers hit you? At one point, the rollers got hung up on my actual lower pelvic bone!
This app controls both the speed and strength and not just the speed like the tablet. Whew!
I’m not even gonna get into nearly being crushed to death at the shoulders. But didn’t have the app yet which makes cutting the air off entirely an easy 1 step click. This app improves safety.
Now for the registration tip:
This maximum characters for your password at registration is less than it states. If you can’t register, make your password smaller. I’m not telling how many I used, in case it’s been changed since.

Set up the log in. Doesn’t work. Reset password. Try logging in. Doesn’t work. Repeat.

Any advice
I installed the app set everything up and when I try to login, I just get (NULL) Confirm. The chair is awesome, but the connectivity seems weak probably better with the app if it actually worked. I’d be happy to change my review if there’s some communication to help fix.

Awful app
The app is very basic and does not include control for feet. Bad interface, crashes a lot and no ability to set a user profile nor save your manual setting. Don’t bother with the app.
Can't Login - Ever!
Hi. Same as a lot of people on here. Every login attempt is met with an Error.

Cannot login in App
App doesn’t work. Tried to change password several times and always get a null message and can’t keep going. The is not good, but the chair is amazing!
Horrible App Don’t Use
The app has nothing but glitches. It also makes you add all sorts of personal info including asking you about your social media. Seems like an another China scam for data to me.

What a nightmare to login to this app. Whoever designed doesn’t know basic coding.

Downloaded, created an account with email, will not allow me to login.
App Works Fine
Not sure why all of these reviewers can’t get it to work. After downloading I followed the sign up process. I found the verification code in my junk folder but it did arrive. For a phone number I used a fake one (not giving a Chinese company my real info). Then for most of the choices you can click “skip” in the top right.
The app is kinda nice. It gives a bit more straightforward approach to making adjustments, including the reclining level which I can’t seem to figure out on the controller itself. The chair responds well to the changes made on my phone. I wish there were more options like “raise leg rest” or individually control certain airbags, but for what it is it’s good. Nothing great. But it does what it says and for that I give it 4 stars.
