IME PAY was best app ever. The khalti mixed up and the scammer for khalti work in Ime. Cheap people work here with no professionalism.

I honestly can’t recommend this app. It doesn’t work — not a single feature I’ve tried has actually done what it’s supposed to. I’ve called support several times, only to be told I have to use the chat instead. Fine. But then, after sending them a full video showing exactly what’s wrong, the chat person still didn’t get it.
Instead of focusing on the actual problem, they kept going on about the fact that I signed up with an international number. That has nothing to do with the issue I showed them. I explained everything clearly, even demonstrated it, but it felt like they weren’t interested in fixing it.
This is hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. If this is how they handle problems, I wouldn’t waste my time with this app.

Very good wallet all service are excellent. No need to say I don’t have bank account. It will give more benifit then bank. Just need to add service transfer IMEPay to other wallets

Such a worst ImePay app ever. No knowledge by costumer representative in assisting its customer. They hang you in saying different things and not resolve the main issues.

I want to to scold so badly and in other languages but i am controlling . What the … is this ? The minimum amount should be 100 . What is this i am questing you ? Had the team or say development committee have brain or not . Say me if i need to top up 10 , 20 or say 30 why should i use this app . This is nonsense. Better not to use so i am deleting this app . It is of no use and i will recommend other to do so .. it will be better if you improve it.. otherwise you will see the consequences .

How many limit saving blance in imepay?

Namaste number start with 97 your system recognize as cdma and we are not able to topup the data. Not all the number is CDMA which start with 97.

couldn’t link bank account.
I have try several times to link the bank account but I couldn’t link via imepay app, it’s just showing processing but nothing is done. Please check you app properly.
