It assumes everyone is white

As a black female in the healthcare field it is very upsetting to see that many products still ignore the fact that everyone is not white…. I’m going to return the product and not use any product that uses this software because well… I don’t like the fact that I can’t portray who I actually am.

Love this app

I’ve always struggled with my weight but with this app and the scale I can check periodically and have it go to my phone and I can track everything!!

Random estimates

I’m pretty sure this app is seriously just making estimates like how are you able to know my bone density through a scale. I’m an athlete that has some decent muscle mass and when I used the scale it’s saying I’m overweight with a high bmi and have low muscle so I know it’s definitely just guessing.

Home body composition scales use BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) to estimate body composition based on your body's electrical impedance and predictive algorithms. This means that values such as bone mass are estimated rather than directly measured like they would be with medical devices such as a DEXA scan. For athletes or individuals with higher-than-average muscle mass, some body composition estimates may be less accurate. We recommend focusing on long-term measurement trends instead of a single result. If your measurements differ significantly from those obtained with professional medical equipment, please contact your retailer to have the scale inspected. Pregnancy Options

I got this to track my weight gain as i enter my third trimester. I Want to know if there’s a pregnancy option or if it will allow me to add that on. It has a learning curve but overall seems pretty solid will write another review in a few months

This mode is designed to better accommodate use during pregnancy. In addition, a dedicated Pregnancy Management feature is currently under development in the app, and we are working to make it available as soon as possible to provide a more comprehensive pregnancy health tracking experience. My scale is perfect with this

This app is completely free and uses your height and weight proficiently and I haven’t gotten a single ad using it. Every single day I log my weight and it shows me really good photographs and layouts of the trends in my weight so that I can stand up at my house. For the scale costing nine dollars on Amazon that I purchased, then this app being completely free, it’s better than many of my friends scales in the apps that they use that have cost it more. I’m not usually wanting to write a review, but this app is most definitely five stars.

Not multiuser friendly

Although it allows you to add different users, and advertises up to & users, it doesn’t record the weight for any user besides the main account holder.

Please make sure to select the member you want to measure before stepping on the scale, so the data can be recorded under the correct profile. You can also switch between members and view their data by tapping the profile avatar in the app. If you continue to experience issues, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist further.

Works great and easily connects to device

I got this to track my weight loss journey and it works wonders it tells you more than just your weight when used along side a bmi scale like you bone density, fat percentage,muscle mass and more
