Useful features, but buggy voice messaging
Love that every feature feels relevant for my 5-yo and our parenting needs. Unfortunately, we hit a glitch where voice messages completely stopped sending and receiving despite having internet. I had to uninstall and reinstall the phone app to resolve it. Hoping for an update fix soon!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Ortung funktioniert einwandfrei. Alle Einstellungen sind schlüssig und gut strukturiert. Was wirklich noch super wäre, wenn beide Elternteile eingeloggt sein könnten und auf die Ortung zugreifen könnten

Overall good but not compatible with RTL language
I’m using the app in English version and it works fine, just need more improvements in UX
The big issue is the is not compatible with RTL language like Arabic. In the chat my wife can’t see messages! It’s hidden in the right side of nowhere ! Please fix that!
And support Arabic language on the app as well.

Die Uhr gefällt uns sehr. Sowohl optisch als auch technisch. Am Anfang war das GPS Signal sehr gut. Mittlerweile hängt es. Wenn meine Tochter bereits in der Schule ist, zeigt die Karte mir an, dass sie ca. 50 Meter von der Schule entfernt ist. Erst nach 5 min Aktualisierung zeigt es mir dann an, dass sie angekommen ist. Wenn dieser Fehler behoben wird, ist die Uhr perfekt für ein Kind.

Doesn’t work
I was really disappointed in this. The app doesn’t pair easily to the watch. It took about 10 hours of troubleshooting and still didn’t work even after trying to work it out with customer support. The watch doesn’t work at all without the app even of it has a SIM card in it. Not worth it.

Die Ortung ist nicht auf den Meter genau, aber in Ordnung.
Verbessern würde ich die einzelnen Sperrzeiten. Sprich bei jeder einzelnen Sperrzeit die Tage einzeln auswählen. Dies ist aktuell nicht der Fall, da die Auswahl immer vom Montag- Freitag wählbar ist. Ich würde gerne einzeln die Tage auswählen können, damit ich nicht immer dran denken muss an einem bspw. Donnerstag umzustellen.

Soweit ganz gut
Soweit bin ich ganz zufrieden mit der App, allerdings fehlt eine Benachrichtigung sobald eine Sicherheitsbereich verlassen wird oder betreten wird.

… I can’t set a timer or a alarm clock via the App for the watch… It would be a 5 star when I could set that without touching the watch :)
