Ability to upload via library
I was told the feature is available for android not apple.. need to be able to upload multiple images from camera library. It would speed the process up for taking photos. Please update for iPhone users. Also need to be able to simply tap the screen and adjust exposure like the camera on the apple phone does. This would speed up picture taking.

Dark Pictures
Ever since the update it has my photos being dark even when the enhanced feature is on. Slow and crashes all the time.
Feels like it’s 10 years old
Unfortunately the capture process is slow, inefficient, and clunky. Switching between different camera zooms is tedious and frustrating. The manual mode options are straight out of a manual camera app you would’ve had on an iPhone 4s. The telephoto zoom lenses won’t focus. A lot of the other shots are out of focus. It’s so far behind the native iPhone camera app it’s crazy. The “enhance” feature applies a pretty gross Myspace era HDR filter to the photos. The app forces you to take a picture of a backseat - good luck finding that on a Corvette or GR86. Could be much better, kudos to their sales team for getting this into so many stores.

Would be nice if I could use the same pictures/spins when using it for units that are the same. Instead of having to do each one individually.

Needs to add upload capture/ photos to be able to upload from mobile library. More function and quicker.

This, dealer only app, is an excellent tool to seamlessly photograph your inventory with handy tools like wire frames, background removal, virtual booth and tonnes of customisations.
Our inexperienced team have been able to get cars online consistently and much faster than waiting for an onsite photographer.

Good when working
Works fine most of the time.
Latest update crashes if you attempt to select a specific photo to take, making it unusable on iPhone 7 pro.

UX, you’d need to be VERY intuitive to use this because the flow makes zero sense.
(You’d have to go to Close-Ups, then Camera then only you have access to Damage capture).
Camera, the app cannot fully utilise the native camera functions (at least on iPhone14ProMax) where you lose the ability to focus close-ups on 1X & 2X cameras.
Bluetooth, does not work with Ricoh Theta via BT, MUST be Wifi-connected and you have to pause background uploads.
Slow uploads at random.
Not fully automated, you still have to manually select what angles you’re shooting at because their AI cannot recognise photo angles. On top of that, any additional angles you add will mess up your angles list and will kick your SRP down from top-spot, so your hotspots may not work.
Support team that’s not helpful. Have not been able to solve any of my issues above. There is no error logging so you cannot tell them what’s wrong and they cannot tell you what’s wrong.

App crashes
I’m the latest update and the latest software on my iPhone 11 Pro Max and the App crashes every time I’m trying to upload my photos. I reached out to the support team and all that they can say is delete and reinstall the App. I try doing that multiple times and STILL the App crashes. Very bad support team and don’t take this problem seriously.

iOS 16.4 broke the ability to use Bluetooth shutters again

Excellent company and great app
Easy to use and operate. My photos and videos of vehicles look great.
Poorest quality app.
This is sad the bugs in the app are everywhere in every function. Can we get back to spincar? Ever since impel took over the app quality has gone down down down down! It literally melted parts of my iPhone 13 from the app running it so hot. Apple said they were planning on removing the app unless it improved. Please remove this app or fix it

Latest update crashes often when uploading and when it crashes it shows photos as uploaded even though they don’t appear on the site.

I just wanted a 360 photo of my car, but it wants me to create an account, as a dealership. What rubbish!
Theta Ricoh
New update won’t let me connect to the theta Ricoh camera. Now I can’t take interior photos. Not good.
Best app for this a dealership
My company recently cancelled and decided to go with another company. HUGE mistake!! I couldn’t switch back to SpinCar quick enough! Our reps are amazing!! Tyler takes great care of everything.
