Doesn’t work, not updated in 5 years
If this app has been discontinued, Infinity should pull it from the store. Nothing works. Any button presses respond with “Try power button to start”. However the power button does nothing.
Frustrating and lowers my opinion of Infinity. Fix it or drop it.

Has all but a few features that would give it 5 stars
*Please add the ability to turn on the ionizing air.
*Relabel the 3D Options better
*ability to turn off the colored lights
Otherwise works well and use it in place of the actual remote.

App needs updating!
The chair is great, but the app needs some work. The 3D massage function needs labeling and the app could be more user-friendly. Perhaps an app manual? Also, the sales rep told me you can save 5 user profiles on the app, but I can’t find that option! Finally, the Bluetooth is a little screwy—when I try to connect my music (Spotify) and the chair app, two separate Bluetooth devices appear in my iPhone settings. And, I have to turn on and off my phones Bluetooth to get the music to play while using the chair app. Please update!!!

App doesn't work
Didn't connect successfully to my RK8900. Poorly designed app that doesn't let you troubleshoot.
Does not work with IPhone 6Plus

Doesn't work
The app simply doesn't work. The chair will pair with the iPad but, the app will not see the chair. The iyashi infinity chair is wonderful and 5 stars. Emailed customer service and no response, which is extremely disappointing.
