What happened to follow through?
It used to be that information submitted on this site was taken care of in a reasonably quick manner. Now not is it not only taken care of quickly, in many, MANY instances, it's not taken care of it all. It's acknowledged and closed with absolutely nothing happening.

Horrible, bulk has been sitting on curb since week prior to Fourth of July and still there. Absolutely terrible

I can’t tell what gets done I have had multiple requests and I only seem to get a “acknowledge” message but not sure any action?

Improve Detroit
I find this app to be very helpful in getting things done around the city of Detroit. I have used us on several occasions for trash pick up nooses abatement, illegal, dumping, vacant, lots and cars that are illegally dumped I fine also that once II enter something on the app that it is done in a timely basis. I really appreciate this app.

Abandoned vehicles
There could be a better user interface when reporting abandoned vehicles.
App doesn’t work.
Doesn’t let me file a report or even sign up. Horrible.
Hole in alley
I have filed two complaints about hole in our alley that has only grown larger swallowing the warning saw horse placed there my DPW !It continues to be a SAFETY HAZARD and a threat to our sewer line in the alley,which poses a threat to my house (not my sewer line connection from my house)! Please contact me when you’re going to come out and examine this situation because I don’t feel like being gaslighted again by DPW thank you in advance !

slow responses and no connection to BSEED
This app doesn't have any connectivity to the building department, which exists in a premodern state. This makes it useful for about a third of what it should be useful for. I've been trying to get them to address this for years to no avail.
Useless system
Reported several issues , the response time was so long that the issues no longer were visible. This system is nothing more than a place for residents to complain and feel like they did something when in reality nothing happens.

Very large pothole
Workers did what they could. The entire street needs repaving. Repaving a street was not an option to chose.
Review
When you put in the request it takes too long to respond back. It seems as though nobody really cares. The Seniors and others are at risk of being attacked from tall grassy areas and debris from littering.
This app works!
Kudos to the wonderful City of Detroit for utilizing this great resource.

I don’t know if this app will get any results for any problems submitted . But we can hope . In the past calling and voicing complaints did not work for the city tree that needs trimming in front of my house or the fact that it messed up the sidewalk local legislation has done nothing in the past either.

I really love the convenience and response that I receive from the app, but I am still receiving information from a issue that was resolved over two years ago. A report of overgrown grass and debris on the property. I no longer live at the location and the property has been sold. A re-inspection should be conducted of 2967 Columbus . Thanks
