What a horrible app!!
Every time I am at the till , the session expires and requests for otp and it wonโt work. What a shame!! Zero testing zero user experience. Typical third world app!

Honest review EVER
Today I randomly opened the app to check my points and the message popped up that my 2025 points will be expired in January and when I checked they didnโt update my any new points in my point score from so long. And even yesterday I shopped and they didnโt even showed me my e receipt. Itโs better to shop from Friday center on weekends than to go to nesto. And nesto already knows that Friday and everyday centers already took the peoples trust and they raised their time till 1 am but it wonโt work at all. Because Friday centers update their offers after 12 am but nesto ask you to come tomorrow to avail the offer even if you are in the nesto at 1 am.

NESTO should be sensible
Please remove the stickers on the floor where there are Diwali lamps (Diya) ๐ช. These are symbols of Diwali, and since they are on the floor, people walk over them.
Scam to track the user behavior
Absolute no benefit even after years of purchase with Nesto, better not to Gv customer loyalty than these kind of scam, is this some kind of joke ? the points and consumption limit to consume is unrealistic and expiry of the points is really a scam
