Unauthorized Service Charge on Canceled Order
They canceled the order from their side and deducted the service charge without giving any service. I Complaints but not refunded the service charges. I don’t know that what they are using with other customers.

لكن في التطبيق مشكلة بوصف المنتجات، كثير منها لا تحتوي على وصف أو الوصف خاطئ تماما يُرجى الانتباه لهذا الأمر لأني طلبت عدة منتجات وطلع الوصف غير صحيح وتم إرجاع بعضها بسبب ذلك
وبعض المنتجات لا أشتريها بسبب عدم وجود وصف لها
سأعدل تقيمي إذا حصل تغيير حقيقي إن شاء الله

It doesn’t work!!!!
Im unable to place orders or use the app. It keeps requesting to add an address, which I’ve done 5 times. I’ve removed the app and downloaded it again and it still doesn’t work.
the point system is a scam
i was recommended to download this app by countless cashiers so i decided to download it for the point system because i thought it was a good way to get rewards, turns out its a complete scam, you won’t even get 10 cents for your loyalty, and i have been using it for almost a year now going as far as purposefully going further just so i can exclusively buy from hypermax, won’t be doing that anymore.
