Annoying Tier Downgrade Warning Despite Declining Benefits
I am very disappointed with the recent experience using the Sultan app. The cashback is low, and the offers have been weak and not appealing at all lately. It feels like the value of using the app has significantly dropped.
What made things worse is the loyalty program. Despite being in the Elite tier, I received a message saying:
“You are about to move back into the previous tier: EXPLORER. To keep your current tier and continue enjoying all its exclusive benefits, shop for 67 KD, either online or in-store, before the month ends.”
This feels unfair and frustrating. Instead of rewarding loyal customers, the app is pushing them to spend more just to maintain their status, even though the benefits themselves have declined.
Overall, the experience has become disappointing, and unless there are improvements in cashback, offers, and the loyalty system, it’s hard to justify continuing to use the app.

Items not available and late delivery
The app is amazing and offers great but after choosing and paying get calls for not available items, about delivery they schedule the time period from them self but always late
