لكن في التطبيق مشكلة بوصف المنتجات، كثير منها لا تحتوي على وصف أو الوصف خاطئ تماما يُرجى الانتباه لهذا الأمر لأني طلبت عدة منتجات وطلع الوصف غير صحيح وتم إرجاع بعضها بسبب ذلك
وبعض المنتجات لا أشتريها بسبب عدم وجود وصف لها
سأعدل تقيمي إذا حصل تغيير حقيقي إن شاء الله

the point system is a scam
i was recommended to download this app by countless cashiers so i decided to download it for the point system because i thought it was a good way to get rewards, turns out its a complete scam, you won’t even get 10 cents for your loyalty, and i have been using it for almost a year now going as far as purposefully going further just so i can exclusively buy from hypermax, won’t be doing that anymore.

Over priced Items and Delivery Issues
Prices have been gradually increasing week after week in small, almost unnoticeable increments. However, I have been monitoring these changes for quite some time and comparing them with other grocery stores. The pattern is clear, and it is unacceptable. It feels misleading and unfair to customers.
In addition, I continue to receive messages from the delivery driver asking me to share my home location, even though all the delivery details are already saved in my account within the app. This is very frustrating and cannot continue. There are times when I am away from home or at work, and I rely on these items being delivered without needing to respond to additional messages. The current process is inconvenient and needs to be addressed.

It’s now impossible to scroll through the cart. They made the cart items area unscrollable. So you basically can’t get to the bottom of your cart!
A classic case of incompetence and lack of testing. They sadly took a perfectly functional app (Carrefour) and made it broken.
Also, why would you restrict the app to the Jordanian App Store? I had to switch from UK to Jordan to install the app then back again.
Will change my rating if those things (especially the broken cart menu) is fixed.

Good prices, service has improved alot but could be faster
The platform offers good prices on everyday products with multiple delivery options. If express delivery could be made faster it would beat every competitor

Does Not Work In Oman
The app does not work in Oman. If you change the country to Jordan it works fine, but when Oman is selected you just get an admin menu and no shopping options.

I have an iPhone XR but the version is the latest updates … this app isn’t working properly. All I can see is my barcode nothing other than that… can’t make online purchase
