Very dissatisfied with the app. It quit working on the first day of the event. It has been down for hours. No access to schedule, agenda, or connections. Push notifications work but returning to main just gives me a blank screen. App has been started and restarted. App opened with and without WiFi.

Saved seats get unsaved. App crashes constantly.
Makes me excited for this year’s event
This app gives me access to everything I need for INBOUND this year. I’ve been able to network with attendees, sign up for all my sessions, and noticed maps that will help me once I arrive in Boston. At times, the app can be slightly slow but is easily fixed with patience.

Truly awful
Extremely slow loading times with pages timing out more often than not. Nearly impossible to access speaker session slides.
Disappointing
You save a seat and then you find out it isn’t saved. You try to remove your seat to join another session but it doesn’t let you do it. The app refreshes to the top of the page randomly. There are times that you cannot click on speaker names or session info. Feels like the app team didn’t do enough testing before going live. This event deserves a much better app experience.

Fortunately, our beloved HubSpot is not in the business of building apps. Unfortunately, this app is hot garbage. I really wish they would get it right just one year!
Seamless
This app is super helpful, clear, and intuitive! Having an app that integrates with with the people i connect with is also amazing. If you’re lost or dont know whats next on the schedule just check the app!
Does not work
The app literally only loads one screen with options for upcoming and last events. Attempts to navigate anywhere only lead to a blank screen.
The worst
The worst app I have ever used. Extremely slow. Not allowing me to sign up for any events because it says I have overlapping when I don't.
Extremely buggy, unreliable registration
The registration screens jump back to the top of the page randomly. It tells you one session you’re trying to book overlaps another one even when that isn’t true. Tickets are expensive and this is a really disappointing experience.
This app is a GAME CHANGER!
Wow! I absolutely love this app. It’s so easy to use, super intuitive, and perfectly designed. The interactive map will be a life saver at the event. Thank you Inbound team, this is so helpful for your consumers and will elevate the Inbound experience!
Excellent User Experience
I have come to expect a lot from Hubspot and this year’s app delivers. It’s smooth, intuitive, and pretty! Can’t wait for Inbound this year! See you in Boston soon ✌️
