Awesome incident management

Fantastic platform. An innovative, flexible, thoughtful product that keeps improving. And have to mention that customer support is top notch.

New AI capabilities are epic

The app has always been solid, but you can now interact with their agent on the go, meaning you can provide updates, dig into the details, and take actions just by typing/talking. A paradigm shift for being on call.

Great On-Call Experience

The app provides a great UI to see the on-call schedule, incoming notifications, and alerts when I’m assigned to the rotation. It’s easy to stay organized with the app when I’m on the go, and has enhanced the on-call experience by making everything more intuitive. The interface is clean, and I’d definitely recommend this app to anyone using incident.io!

Everything you could ask for as an incident responder

Intuitive UI, simple config, reliable pages. The lightweight app is the perfect amount of info I need on my phone vs slack. So many employees have given the feedback of “oh this is so much easier than I thought it would be- I can be on call”. 🤜🤛

The Gold Standard for Incident Management

Incident io has completely transformed how our team handles incidents. The slack integration which we use is a standout feature for me, making it easy to coordinate responses directly where our teams operate already, there’s no context switching, no friction, just fast, structured incident response from declaration to resolution

Great on call app for support teams

We have been integrating incident.io into our on-call and paging process over the last couple of months at it has been a great experience. Our scheduling and coverage work had gotten much easier than our previous vendor, the tools and automations during an incident Mae thing move much more smoothly, and the post mortem process has been a game changer for us. Highly recommended for any team that needs a robust cross-team on call and escalation system.

Fantastic On-Call App

Such a breath of fresh air after years of dealing with PagerDuty.

Great oncall app

I use this for on-call and it’s a really solid app. Alerts come through fast, it’s easy to use and everything works well. Has some nice features and makes being oncall a bit less painful!

Smooth & functional

Makes my life way easier. App is simple and functionality is very intuitive which means when I have to use it I don’t get confused or lost. Definitely recommend!

Great app

Makes being on-call painless. Everything is exactly where you need it to be, feels like it has truly been designed with the end user in mind, and you can request cover on a schedule right from the app when on the go.

Typos permanently kill the app

If you accidentally type the wrong phone number, you're dead in the water. There is no option to correct it.

EVEN UNINSTALLING AND REINSTALLING THE APP DOESN'T DO IT as it, apparently, stores the phone number somewhere other than device storage and links it to your profile.

I imagine the same problem would come up if you ever switch phone numbers.

Bloomin brilliant

One of the few apps I don’t hate getting a 3am notification from.

Requesting cover is a breeze and the chainsmokers have a decent set of tunes.

Thx to the team 🙏

Missing features

I hate this app so much. You acknowledge an alert by saying you’re not available, but it’ll continue to notify you anyway until another person picks up the incident

Once you have an incident that has updates, this app won’t let you see the updates from other people. It’s almost useless.

Lacks features

Having to go to the slack channel to see incident history is absurd. What’s even the point of the app? Overall, incident.io has questionable UX, even on the web site itself. So then you go to the slack channel, which you haven’t had to log into for some time, you have to enter the slack url, which you don’t know, so then you end up wasting so much time just trying to see the details of a critical incident. An incredibly frustrating experience.

App is solid, would love Apple Watch version

As far as oncall apps go this is very solid and lets me deal with and respond to pages and incidents easily from my phone. My biggest complaint is the lack of an Apple Watch app to be able to manage notifications from my wrist, getting that would make this a five star app!

Game changing modern tool

Game changer. Modern tool. Bringing on call into the future.

On-call as it should be

It’s so nice to see a modern on-call and paging solution! It’s also great that this helps me be prepared as I’m responding to an incident. App is super easy to use.

Much better than alternatives

I’ve used PagerDuty for many years before now and always found the experience frustrating, constantly overriding shifts for the wrong time or person and hard to figure out what’s going on when you get paged.

Having used incident.io for the last few months in beta, this app is way better. It supports requesting cover from your teammates, and when I get paged I can easily jump into the Slack incident channel directly from the app.
There’s even an auto-ack feature that helps when you’re getting paged over and over which I’ve wanted for years but this is the first product that’s offered it.

Polished, beautiful UI

A load of work has gone into designing this app and an incredible amount of attention to detail has really made the user experience magical.
