Low Rate Promise, High Cost Reality

I had a very disappointing experience with **CRED loans.

Initially, they showed a very attractive and low interest rate to lure customers. But after the loan was approved, the actual terms were completely different. The interest turned out to be extremely high (around 21–22% in reality), which was never clearly explained upfront.

On top of that, they charged a high processing fee and other hidden costs. Everything is presented in a confusing way (flat vs reducing rate), making it hard for customers to understand the real cost of the loan.

This feels misleading and not transparent at all. Customers should be clearly informed about the actual interest rate and total cost before approval.

I would not recommend this loan service to anyone unless they fully understand all hidden charges and calculations.

Fraud !!

The team is super super laid back!! They will be available to call you at night 11pm also ,but no correct and complete information if given. Also oncethe reimbursement is done they will not bother to call you back inspite of 1000tike requesting “mam apka case dekhraha hu’ “ mam main bahar aayaa hu karta hu call back!” Till date i have received the call!
They seem like scamter who will provide you with loan and leave you with the burdern of charges on repayment of emi and how the app actually works !

Worst app and service

This is the worst application I have ever used. The customer service is extremely poor, and there is no respect for customers. When I visited their branch office, the staff behaved very rudely and were not helpful at all.

They charge a huge processing fee and very high interest rates on loans. Even after paying EMIs, they deduct extra interest without proper explanation. Additionally, they charge high foreclosure or closing fees, which feels completely unfair.

Overall, this is a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I strongly do not recommend this application to anyone. Please improve your customer service, transparency, and reduce the unfair charges.

Best option for app loans

Extremely Unprofessional and Harassing Behaviour

Very unprofessional and harassing experience.
We initially applied for a loan but later decided not to proceed due to the high interest rate and personal financial reasons. I clearly informed them multiple times that I was not interested and had taken a loan elsewhere. Despite this, they kept calling me 4–5 times a day.

Even after requesting them to stop calling and reject my application, the calls continued. Later, I received calls claiming to be from HDFC, and when I said no, the caller spoke very rudely and even used insulting language.

This is not how customers should be treated. I would not recommend Incred Finance to anyone.

Great experience better than bank i have 777 cibil score but still bank was not giving PL but on this aap i got this in just a day but only rate of Interest was high

Terrible experience!!!

Writing this review to warn new users. During my personal loan process, I was clearly told by customer care that insurance is mandatory, which later turned out to be false. Insurance cancellation took nearly 28 days, with multiple tickets and repeated follow-ups, and was resolved only after mailing the grievance team several times.

Please be transparent and clearly inform customers upfront that insurance is not mandatory. Not every customer has the time or knowledge to keep following up.

Fraud Incred finance company

I took loan in the year 2022 ending near December.
They said kindly share the all documents for further processing then only able to tell the rate of interest.l for your loan
So I shared it and in between so many people from Incred called me and asking in phone open Incred finance app and click on allow when I ask what is the rate of interest they did’n told me
So how I always click on allow button due to my busy time in the office i am unable to talk with them much
After few days over some one called me from Incred finance and ask to open Incred app and check with the rate of interest and loan duration then click on agree button then loan process completed , he forcing me click on submit button a soon as possible.
He not willing to give time to read and study the loan details
On call he created a emergency if you don’t click on submit button with 1 minute your loan will get cancel and your credit score go down
How even I check loan duration , interest rate and loan amount carefully.
Even I tried to take screen shoot but app shows you can’t take screen shoot due to company policy.

Then I submit
After that when I open Incred finance app again after loan amount disbursed to my account I found very strange
Loan duration for 4 year instead of 3 years
Interest rate increase from 16% to 26%
Then I called Incred finance for the same they simple said after 6 months you can close the loan they
Not accept that they change the loan details after my approval.
When I take multiple follow up for the. Loan details change they block my number .
This is they play with me
Due to cibil score till date I paid the EMI now I will not set silently
INCRED FINANCE SILENTLY EATEN MY HARDEN MONEY FOR THE YEARS
VERY VERY WORST FINANCE COMPANY
I URGE EVERYONE DONT TAKE LOAN FROM THIS APP

Worst Experience with InCred – Unfair Charges and System Failures

I’ve had a terrible experience with InCred. My EMI is set for auto debit every month, and I always maintain enough balance in my account. Yet, their system repeatedly fails to process the payment and then charges ₹500 as a “bounce fee.”

This has happened more than once, and even after paying the unnecessary penalty before, the same issue continues. Their customer support takes no responsibility and simply blames the customer.

I have never missed an EMI, and still, I’m being penalized for InCred’s own technical faults. This is completely unprofessional and unethical. I’m now escalating this to the Consumer Forum and RBI Ombudsman for repeated negligence.

I strongly advise others to stay away from InCred until they fix their broken system and learn to treat customers fairly

I kindly request you people not to go with this bank. During the loan forcloser they won’t give you proper information about the process. And once you do the Bt then they come up with the charges. They delay to respond and they keep sending us to different people to talk. They themselves throw blames on their employees and wash their hands. No where i fount a professional banking ethics. No proper information provided. They agree and say that there will be no charges when we buy loan and all if a sudden they’ll change while closing. And loan recovery department thought Bravo’s. They assault your parents and they call everyone for 2 days late payment. Never give this bank a business. I regret loosing 1.5lks

The best friend for all loan takers

I had a need of money for construction of my house which was a small amount all other companies were asking for too many documents and personal details but here it was super smooth just fill the qna and get loan in just 10 mins

Worst finance

This one of the worst company I have come across. The are very rude if you ask them questions. Customer care team takes 5 odd days to reply to your email and unfortunately do not bother to even read your email before they reply.
They reply almost opposite to what you have asked on your email and you have to wait for another 5 days to get your reply. They have employed convicts for collection. Their collection team download your contact list and call almost every one.

They will deduct extra money

I had a bad experience with Incred. I have paid my EMI correctly. But twice they have deducted money from the account as due. I try to connect with customer care. I didn't get any response from them. I need immediate action about this and I want my money within 2 days.
I wish I could give negative star for their service.

Fraud app

They take processing fee of 20,000 to 18,000 for a loan amt of only 3lk. They do not inform this prior and you will get to know once the loan amt is credited to your account. When we ask them about this they say that it is already mentioned in their policy! But they will never tell you about any deduction and they loot money. DONT TAKE ANY LOANS FROM THIS FRAUD APP AND WASTE YOUR HARD-EARN MONEY. Pathetic customer experience!!

Bad experience

I’m giving the Incred app a 0-star rating due to my extremely negative experience. I receive up to ten calls daily from the app, which is an overwhelming amount of unnecessary interruptions. This constant disturbance is incredibly rude and disruptive. I strongly advise against using this app until this issue is resolved.

Fraud cheated scam company

It’s most fraud cheated scam company, executive are cheater and fraud. They did personal loan the name of YES bank verification department. After complete loan I know its apps finance company, they doing force continue pay emi and all executive are fraud it’s fraud scam company. I have requested to cancel loan till one month and they are forcing to continue loan and do not cancel it . They are not picking up my call and not to revert my single mail .. It’s most cheating and fraud company

Pathetic

Why the hell do you push this app to Appstore when it can’t be opened. I tried to use web app to see my loan details and wanted to foreclose my loan but it’s just show there is no due and not even show the loan balance, I thought I would get these options in mobile app but this even worst I it keeps on crashing on my device. I am also an app developer I wonder how this app got accepted by Appstore

Beware of Criminals Exploiting Contacts: A Cautionary Tale

They are criminals; they call your relatives and abuse them, even if they don’t know about the matters. If you install the app, they store all your contacts in a database and provide your contacts to some local criminals who may do anything, even beyond the reach of the police. Stay away from these people.
