Absolutely horrible
The support is not existent , lack of professionalism and help to the client, I wish I’ve seen the past reviews about exactly that same issues still the same level of crappiness in 2026 when there are way much better options out there , be aware this app is a waste of your time and money .
Losing its value
I depend on this app to handle all my business communications, and the quality of the app is dying out. Now my customers that I send texts to are telling me they aren’t receiving my texts… which can’t happen for a business. Also I don’t know why I’m limited to a max of 10 people for group texting, which is a pain. I also many times don’t get notified that someone has called me or texted until I open the app, which has caused many issues. And a big issue is that when people call, the call doesn’t fully ring through. Been using for years and I don’t know what happened but definitely not what it used to be.

Payment collection despite blocking usage.
Ive had this app for a while. They blocked its use but continued to bill my account despite the inability to use it. They finally resolved the issue but did not refund the money. Please note if you travel internationally beware as they may block its use despite lack of use overseas
Terrible
Often fails, can’t understand people on the other end due to poor connection and sometimes will call the wrong person. I was trying to use it for a business number but I think the old cup with a string would be more reliable.
Restricted account.
Originally had sideline then they switched me to Index. All of a sudden my account is listed as restricted and looks like they want me back to sideline. I suppose I’ll lose the number I’ve had for several years.
