Unreliable
My business phone does not ring, causing me to miss important customer calls. My application to enable text messaging has also been processing for months without approval or a clear update. These problems are hurting my business. I have contacted support and need both issues resolved immediately.

No problems since service started. Been a year and a half. Most notable if the ability to speak with someone if there is a question or problem.
Absolute garbage
Missed, calls dropped calls, missed notifications, calls that just don’t even go through. This app has embarrassed me so many times when business partners can’t get ahold of me and I have to explain to them that my business number is a app on my phone that doesn’t work half the time. It makes me look unprofessional and like I don’t know what I’m doing. I’m deleting this app and just buying a 2nd phone.

Used to be great
Current review: The last several months have been awful and we will be switching to a different app. I frequently have a missed call that didn’t ring. Or I can’t answer and it drops. Texts are marked as read that I didn’t open. I deletes text and it won’t go away. Constant glitches along these lines are driving us nuts.
My previous review: This app has been very helpful for our small business. Three of us share the phones but want to be able to have different extensions and “lines”. The price is great and the features are what I was looking for. It even has extra options like an after hours phone message that I didn’t expect. I didn’t rate a full 5 stars because the app can be glitchy, and the phone call quality is always the best, but it’s an app and that happens.

App has gone down hill
This app worked fine for over 2 years but over the past 3 months it has been a nightmare! Not ringing on my phone, no voicemails since April 13th.
