Poor Fraudulent App
I purchased a digital version a few weeks back, worked for a few days, but has since stopped working.
App is not effective
I haven’t seen the latest edition after the edition of 26th Jan despite having 1 year subscription

Rubbish App- DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Tried this a year back and gave up. Thought the App might have improved and tentatively bought one issue of India Today. Now it’s asking me to register but unable to complete this as “page not found”. I’m glad I didn’t waste money for a full years subscription.

Very poor App
I purchased an annual online subscription for India Today and it’s allied magazines. I also downloaded the IT app proposing to read my subscription on the app. This was 3 months back and till date I am unable to access my subscription on the app. I have lodged a complain but that’s gone into a black hole as has my subscription.
I am very frustrated and disappointed that such a well established brand name has such poor processes. But I will say that the payment process worked smooth as silk and my money has gone. Shameful!

Online magazine review
The content is fine but the back icon in online version on top right corner does not wo I am unable to restore my purchase on new device .
Subscription not working
I subscribed via iTunes. But I can’t read issues without being promoted to subscribe! What gives?
Can’t access my subscription
I’ve paid till October 2023 & they are not letting me access 18th September issue. No help line to resolve this. Ridiculous!

The entire format is illegible.

My account has not got activated even after payment
I have paid for the subscription few days ago and after contacting the support offline and online still I cannot use my paid account profile, it is still asking me to subscribe.

Great content but seems to be optimised for tablets not mobiles. Very poor UI and UX. cancelled my subscription in frustration and gone back to print edition

Though my yearly subscription is active till 30th April however It’s asking me always to subscribe. There is no contact detail where I can raise my complaint.

I am unable to download newer issues after renewing my subscription. They want me to pay for the new issues in spite of an active subscription. Horrible app.
Paid subscription not recognised by App- cannot download magazines
Even after my subscription for 1 yr paid in advance and an updated app and ipad I am unable to download the India today magazines . Sent a feedback via this app to aaj tak web host but no response received. Would rather have my money refunded if they cannot be bothered to fix the app nor send a decent reply. Spoke to apple support services as the subscription has been paid in adv name via the Apple Pay services and have directed me to write a review to name and shame the Living Media India and Magzter and India today magazine .

Biased reporting
There has been a general trend in Indian media to further the fortunes of the ruling party. India Today sadly has not lived up too to the very high expectations that I have had of it since the 70s.It is not very critical of the ruling dispensation when it needs to. Why?
