India has the top developers of the world yet produces such rubbish apps that hardly works . Worst ui/ux . Rather not make such apps and be use manual methods .horrible experience esp while traveling with kids . Pls do not advertise such apps . Delete it
Very Disappointing
I find it unbelievable that the Indian government could not publish a better app in this day and age! While Indians are known to be one of the best coders and building some cutting edge technology, couldn’t the mighty GoI do any better? The app lacks simple functionality, minimal logic, and UI. Unable to access second time
Poorly developed app, difficult to reopen second time asked for login and password, no further options to access, doesn’t allow to enter after creating a new account.

Fix the spelling mistakes please. It is embarrassing. Also the app lags very badly and very counter intuitive.
Doesn’t work!
The app keeps buffering and it’s a total waste of time. I tried 7-8 times but it’s totally unresponsive. Not sure who is maintaining it as it seems to be one of the worst app ever launched by a government authority.

I am not convinced even basic testing is being done before this app is rolled out and pushed onto users. It’s frustrating how difficult it seems to maintain even a minimum standard of quality. This app is riddled with bugs and numerous issues that make it unreliable.
There should be stricter quality controls - Apps that don’t meet basic usability standards shouldn’t be allowed on App Store by Apple. As an OCI card holder, I specifically tried to use the app ahead of travelling but it simply doesn’t work. At this point I have completely lost patience.

Why block copy\paste functionality?
Most people use an app to be able to copy paste information, like passwords and credit card details using a password manager etc.
Why create an app in 2026 and reduce its functionality down to pen and paper? I hope there is some logical reason and some developer not being sinister about things…

Working fine
I downloaded the app on my iPhone, and it’s working well so far. One limitation I noticed is that the information entered can’t be retrieved afterward. It seems like many of the reviews are from last year and may be a bit harsh. There aren’t many recent reviews confirming whether the app is currently working properly.

Glitchy
The app seems easy to use at first but it was very glitchy. It would not allow me to upload my documents and move forward with the visa application. The website also had issues, overall this has been a frustrating process.
