App is unusable, doesn’t accept a valid password and never let set the password
Terrible app
Terrible app with nothing works, password obviously satisfying criteria but keeps saying it is incorrect. Not able to verify email address since it is too slow. Does not allow paste the code. Cannot enter email address even want to reset password.

Asks me to use forget password flow. Tapping on the email takes me to a blank screen. Is this even a legit official app?

I can't understand how this can be so bad. It's an official app for a government. i'm having trouble even signing up can't seem to get past making a password
App is non functional
I could not register in the app. It says that the service is not available and to try later. I get this error no matter when I try.
Worst app or web service ever!
I am traveling to india in few days and have tried to use the app over hundred times from various mobiles (iOS, Android) and it simply hangs on the account creation page with a bunch of empty fields showing up. God help the world if this is what Indian IT is capable of! It also reflects very poorly on the Indian government for a “mandatory” procedure to be fronted by such a poor app and backend service. Shame on you!

Exporting IT professionals to the world , Really??
India exports it professionals to the world however its own government websites and apps are the worst performing ones. This app is nothing but glitches, no one amount password variations are acceptable so you can never create an account. E arrival forms accessed over web browser doesn’t require signing up but in app requires it but never lets create one as any password you create it won’t move past it. Third world country has third class online services! I am frustrated with the level of corruption that is affecting day to day services. How are the people of India cop with their government?

India has the top developers of the world yet produces such rubbish apps that hardly works . Worst ui/ux . Rather not make such apps and be use manual methods .horrible experience esp while traveling with kids . Pls do not advertise such apps . Delete it
Very Disappointing
I find it unbelievable that the Indian government could not publish a better app in this day and age! While Indians are known to be one of the best coders and building some cutting edge technology, couldn’t the mighty GoI do any better? The app lacks simple functionality, minimal logic, and UI. Don’t waste your time downloading
