I don’t like how the app gives warnings of the parking lot closing for cleaning that occurred over a year ago, and also the two step verification to do a credit card payment every single day I park at work. Otherwise it’s fine.
No Apple Pay and Give FALSE Tickets
With all the scams with parking apps recently, you are still asking people for their credit card info? I want to pay with Apple Pay. Get with the times. And! They are scammers. I paid legitimately for my parking through the machine, have the receipt and STILL got a ticket asking me to pay a fine and threatening legal action if I don’t . They do this to fool people into paying for an illegitimate ticket. Avoid parking with them.

Price Increases
Watched as the price of the same lot I’ve been parking in for over 3 years has increased from $11 to $15 / day for no reason. The lot is FULL of potholes (it’s gravel get a rake), garbage, delapidated rubber wheel stops. It’s PURE EXTRACTION and it’s a joke - the joke is on us, this parking landlord is charging us unfairly.

Don’t use Apple Pay
App works ok but don’t bother using Apple Pay if you plan to be able to extend the parking - it won’t work (which they don’t tell you ahead of time.) it only works if you have a credit card directly saved in the app
False advertising
Says no app or signup required but when you scan the qr code posted, it directs you to the app store to download. Then after downloading you are unable to pay unless you add a car which requires you to sign up. Totally wasting my time.

Got charged twice? And NO REFUND
So the app I guess is not consistent with what location your parking at, had gone through customer service via email for 2 reasons. One I mistyped my license plate (my fault) and wanted to make sure that it was fixed properly so I didn’t get a ticket, it was never fixed and was charged 36.07 anyway. Two, the ticket I paid didn’t even work and had to pay at the parking lot machine anyway in order for it to let me out of the parking lot which in the end was cheaper anyway! Difficult to work the app, couldn’t get a refund because my transactions were at “two different locations” when they weren’t. On top of that it took over a month for them to be like “ya even though you provided everything including transaction numbers, banking info and suck we still can’t do anything”

Tricks into paying more
The park again feature sometimes changes into a rate that you never selected/payed for, and if you’re in a hurry you can end up paying much more than you usually do. Customer service refuses to reimburse. Would be a good app except for that.

This app has no facility to check out as a guest and forces you to create an account.
Higher price than the parking meter!!
The app was .55 higher in price than the parking meter inside! Ridiculous. It should be less!
Buggy
It works sometimes, remembers my favorites, sometimes but it is not predictable when it will work and when it won’t.
